Our company's priority is our clients and their safety. When training we give each client a fitness evaluation to make sure we understand the type of training the client can handle. We also specialize in great service, boxing, HIIT training, weight loss, building muscle and preparing clients for whaever event they are doing. My training studio offers RESULTS first and foremost. When you come train at Push not only do you get an amazing workout but you aslo have fun doing it. With all training packages you will also get a proven meal plan to follow that will be customized to your needs. My schedule is extremely flexible. Our name says it all at Push Universal we train all ages, sizes, gender, races, and fitness levels.
I wish there was a Push Universal Training Studio in North Jersey. Either that or a virtual class/onsite trainer from there. I first started training with Troy and then consistently trained with Justin. Both are fantastic!! Justin helped me strive harder and achieve my fitness goals. The environment reminded me of a Rocky/Creed movie scene. I love that type of gym ambience. The price is so reasonable. Kuniko is a fantastic trainer. She gives personalized, thoughtful instruction, always accounting for any tight muscles or joint issues that I'm dealing with before class. I've asked for help both specific and generic issues, and she crafts routines that are instructive and enjoyable. I've definitely improved my sense of balance, posture, and proper muscle use. Her home studio is light and airy. It's equipped with 2 reformers, towers, TRX suspension setups, and all kinds of fun props. Classes contain a balanced mix of workout, stretching, and learning new exercises, and everything flows together. I would highly recommend making an appointment!

The class is different than a conventional class and may not be for everyone but I liked it. I've been boxing on my own for a few years and take classes here and there to help with my form. One class here and I can see definitely see improvement in my foot work. The owner is very nice and seems like he genuinely cares and wants you to learn and succeed.

I'm in the best shape I've been in from Stroller Strides. Its a wonderful mix community and accountability. It sets a wonderful foundation & example for our littles who get to join us in all the fun. Cortney does an amazing job of organizing, challenging, and encouraging us all! I highly recommend Stroller Strides for any and every mother no matter where they're at in their fitness journey!!

Not from the area but wish I was for this gym. If I had to use one word to describe the classes it I would use "thorough." It felt like a private class, I could see and feel a dramatic improvement in my form and posture. Top of the line equipment that is well taken care of. They also have a few pieces of equipment you wouldn't see in most gyms. Again, very thorough in explaining how to use them properly. Mixed up the workouts a bit from what I usually do.
Overall an excellent experience. I couldn't feel my legs the next day, I hear that's a good thing.
This is a great facility for personal training and group exercise. The staff if great to accommodate for your goals and work towards accomplishing them. They also have a variety of different classes and an unique Obstacle Course Race (OCR) class on Thursday nights.
I have been attending Passion for Fitness for over 7 months. I started with personal training then small group training. I've tried getting into shape by myself several times over the years but never stuck with it. Going to training helps keep me accountable and motivated. In small group training I lift weights, and do body weight exercises. My trainer is always reminding me to use good form and pushing me to try harder. They have dumbbells, kettle bells, bikes and TRXs so I can do a variety of exercises. The trainers there, worked with me to adjust exercises to my ability. I've gotten stronger, improve my posture and overall health.
I can’t say enough good things about Tumbling with JoJo and Coach JoJo! My daughter has progressed so much in the month that we’ve been coming. She was in another tumbling class for 2 years and never progressed. My husband and I are amazed at what our daughter has accomplished in this short period!! Tumbling with JoJo is the best!!!
I started at this gym about a month ago, and I already see positive results. I am stronger, more confident in my workouts, and have seen slight changes in my body that are very encouraging. The classes range In intensity and can be tailored to each individual's workout and health needs. The trainers are fun and encouraging, while keeping you focused and accountable for the work. UFC has been a great experience thus far. Well worth my investment!
Lauren Sileski, a personal trainer and spin instructor at Elkins Spark, is an excellent teacher who clearly has a passion for helping people reach their goals. I told her what I wanted to achieve (to become a stronger runner) but also what stood in my way (I couldn't consistently dedicate blocks of time to workouts) and she was able to create a program that acknowledged both. She is supportive like a mom but motivating like a hardass -- in other words, you will feel both inspired and comforted at the same time. If you are looking to change your body composition, she's also TRX certified (that's those straps suspended from the ceiling). When you hire a trainer, you're going to be spending a lot of time with him or her -- and with Lauren, that's a good thing because she's also just easy to hang with.

After many fittings at various other locations, and a few injuries resulting from shoes that were a great fit for my body, my coach Tim told me about Fleet Feet, and their 3D shoe-fitting technology from the future. The staff was amazing, so helpful! They really took the time to let me try on and hop around in as many shoes as I wanted. Their space technology paired with their amazingly well-educated staff landed me in the best shoe I've ever had. Still running with all 10 toenails and 0 injuries many miles later. I live nowhere near them, but will make the trek every time I need run gear. My feet are on fleet. Eh?!

Been here two times, Haze is a friendly instructor with lots to teach and able to adjust a workout depending on your abilities. Pete the owner is a nice guy and another good instructor. Very friendly and welcoming place, highly recommended!
Parents if you are looking for an excellent place for your kids (or yourself) this is it! We’ve been to other places, this is the only one that we feel teaches useful everyday defense. The instructors are excellent and patient. If you want your children to become stronger and more confident look no further .
My boyfriend and I joined this gym back in December. 4 months later, and the PR's (personal records) keep coming! But that's not all. We actually look forward to heading straight from work to class 3x/week, where there is a intimate and supportive group of members waiting to train alongside us. The owners/trainers, Chuck and Christina, lead great strength or conditioning classes that are safe, accomodating to our goals and needs, and a helluva workout. These things are invaluable to us, and Chuck and Christina offer them for a very reasonable price! And better yet, there is a pretty even amount of men and women members (at all ages too), making this a very diverse, woman-friendly, and non-intimidating environment for all to work in- something that's hard to come by these days.
You gotta understand, we are not the pumping iron sort of people. What's most alluring to us about this gym is a tight-knit community you become a part of. My boyfriend and I have found that doing these classes together has also strenghtened our relationship. Strong body, strong mind, strong relationships, what's not to love?!
Nick is very knowledgeable and professional. He’s especially great at explaining why you’re doing something instead of just telling you to do it, which makes sticking to any regimen he gives much easier. I’ve been to a number of other doctors for the pain in my neck\trap and it never went away. With the help from nick, my pain is finally fading.
Dave has totally transformed my life in just 3 weeks!! I had 3 major surgeries in 5 years, and very bad Scoliosis, I have titanium rods holding up my neck. After the last surgery 3 months ago, I was losing hope and felt so weak. Like an Angel Dave called me and said he would make me strong so I could live a better life! It’s amazing what he did in 3 weeks! I am stronger, look and feel great too and looking forward to more success, as we are still in training. I started CrossFit 5 months ago and fretted over everything. Could I do the workouts? How would I fit in? How can I learn what to do? All that worrying was for nothing. I recently finished the 28 Day for Her Challenge. I’ve always been intimidated in the gym. Gyms can be daunting places for us plump folks! I generally stuck to cardio exercises believing I would lose more weight & become more tone. I have tried every fad diet known to man, and believed that if I wanted to lose weight, I’d have to restrict my calories to 1200 per day, give up dairy, sugar, and potatoes, and try in vain to ignore my impulses to binge eat. I am happy to report that I was completely wrong!

Matt is one of the most dedicated and hard-working trainer I have come across. He has been instrumental in my strength training progress. If you asked me a couple years ago that, I would be dead lifting above 300 pounds, I would never had believed. Matt not only tailored a program for my individual goals and needs but also helped me overcome my mental barrier that I had with lifting. Matt’s training style is definitely a good balance of understanding your body goals and ensuring you are always progressing. Matt knowledge about strength training and body mobility is very thorough and I have benefited a lot having him as my strength training coach.

I've been working out with Vince for about 2 years and he is incredible. I do group training with my mother and her friend. Vince does a fantastic job of tailoring workouts to our specific strengths and weaknesses. He is a great motivator and makes every workout fun. This is the best fitness decision you could make and you are guaranteed a great workout and a wonderful time.
I started with Coah Joe on September 1st, 2017. When I initially went in to speak with him, I was so afraid of trying yet another work out program and eating plan that I would fail at. I, just like many others out there, have tried countless diets, work out classes, private trainers and the list goes on. I was hesitant that joining this program would result in another failed attempt.
Let me assure any of you out there who are questioning the effectiveness of this plan. It 100 percent works. I train four days a week first thing in the morning before work and I can truly say that it has changed my life. I feel so much better and am a happier person in general. Every time I feel like I am doubting my ability or progress, Joe never misses that time to step in and give me the encouragement that I need. Not only does he provide an excellent training program but he makes all of his members stay accountable by sending out numberous emails that are motivating, inspiring and encouraging.
So if you are one of those doubters, take it from a person who had to be one of the most skeptical people out there, this is an awesome investment of your time. I reached out to Chad a little while back to see if he could help me build my core strength for competitive kayak racing. I explained to him what muscles I am using when I kayak and what my goals are for racing. Chad used what I told him to develop a program that focused on my core and Chelsea put together a solid nutrition plan for me to follow. Chad has a different set of exercises for me at every session which is great because there are exercises that I have never attempted on my own. He also demonstrated exercises that I can do at my own convenience in my home using only a suspension trainer. I have been training with Cause and Effect for a little over a month now and I'm already noticing a huge difference in my performance on the water. I would recommend to anyone who is serious about building their strength or just trying to improve their overall health. These guys know what they're doing!

Helen Agresti....where do I start? This woman is amazing! She helps you discover the right lifestyle change (NOT DIET!!) that will be most beneficial to ones own journey! She has helped me achieve an almost 36lb weight loss in almost 2 1/2mo along with hard work and dedication to a fitness lifestyle as well! If I could give her 10 I would. She is very easy to talk to and work with and it was so easy to start with only 125$ to initially meet with her then only 1 or 2 times a month after for 30mins each time at only 50$ it is very manageable! I love that she also accepts most UPMC and HIGHMARK BCBS plans as well! She is just an amazing person! I wouldnt go to anyone else! If you're looking for a healthy change and you need that little push of guidance to start she is absolutely without a doubt the woman for the job!
Body & Soul Fitness Studio is a great gym for women only, which to me is a plus. Mickey is a great trainer who knows what she is doing. She makes sure you are doing your program correctly so you don't injure yourself, and is always there if you have questions or forget how to do something. The camaraderie with other women is great also. I've been a member for years.
I've received several massages at Hidden Valley and they have all been great. I've had Kristina, but i'm sure the other girls do a good job as well. Plus, typically you get a full hour massage instead of 50 minutes that places like massage envy do. Would highly recommend!
Excellent instruction, dedicated coaches, and this gym does not mandate competitiveness. If your child would like to, they can compete, but if they just want exercise and friendship, that is also an option.
