Whole my life I really wanted to exercise but I have big problem with motivation and with getting bored very quickly. Gym is not for me... I was going to the gym and doing the same stuff over and over and then I was getting bored, less motivated.. and then I quit. With Gymguyz it's absolutely different!! I feel so good! My personal trainer, Emmanuel is doing an amazing job! After 5 weeks of training (2x a week) I am able to see some growing muscles on my arms and my belly! Just 5 weeks! My phisical condition also went up! My trainer is bringing new equipment every time and we are doing different things each time! Which works for me really well. I am motivated and not bored! It's still not easy in the mornings when he's coming.. I keep thinking "omg I don't want to do it today.. I don't feel like it" BUT he's coming.. and what you can do about it? Nothing! You have to get up and exercise!! Then while you are doing that it feels so good! You are proud of yourself and after the session you think "I feel motivated! I feel so good! I want to keep doing it!"

I was assigned a pro with the option of being able to try a different pro if this one was not a good fit. I have only had 2 sessions and are still getting to know each others style. 1st session was a bit shaky but after a short discussion with pro 2nd session was much better. I signed up for 6 session because it takes time at get a grove with a trainer. I felt in 6 sessions I would be able to tell if it is a fit. Jury is still out but very open minded.

I help my clients in variety of ways to achieve their fitness goals, this includes in and outside of the gym! We focus on all aspects of each client and make sure as a personal trainer to actively listen to what the client wants to achieve! Each client will be assessed and then we will curate a schedule for meeting times. A program and nutrition guide will be put together best to the clients body and needs. Communication will take place anytime by phone, email, and zoom. To make sure of accountability overtime check ins will be weekly or bi weekly depending on the client, and these check in will be for re evaluating the client and the progress made.
