We educate them throughout the whole process. We aren't holding their hand, we are giving them the tools they need to succeed. We work on form, utilize progressive overload, and push them (just enough, because you are always stronger than you think).

Consistency and discipline!! Nothing is easy or comes quickly. There are no quick fixes to getting the body of your dreams. It takes hard work and time.

Seeing people feel more confident, using the right form, and lifting heavier than they probably ever thought they would! Seeing people start to enjoy working out, and seeing the difference that their hard work is making.

I've worked at other gyms and I never liked how things were done, so we decided to do it ourselves!

We actually care about our clients and their goals. They are not just a number or a dollar sign to us. Our clients are taught how to program a workout, how to use correct form, and how to gain strength/lose fat/whatever their goals may be. We put them first and foremost and each client gets our undivided attention.

We are in person only! Depending on the trainer, they may do some online but it varies.

We require proof of vaccination to remain mask-less. If an individual is not vaccinated or does not want to provide us with their vaccine card, then they must wear a mask. We limit the number of people working out to 5 people per hour/hour and a half. It's monitored and everything is wiped down before and after use.

We have an array of nationally accredited personal trainers that will listen to your goals, thoughts, fears, and utilize their knowledge to get you where you want to be, as well as educate you along the way.
