Coach Flo is an amazingly strong dedicated woman. She will push you with her workouts but she will be right next to you the entire time. I do the online training, for a few months now, and she helped me rebuild my lower back strength after my injury. I have been getting back into my workout routine and getting even stronger than before! I highly recommend Flo as a coach especially for endurance training.... she loves to run! I have been working out with Flo for almost a year now. In that time, I have learned so much about fitness and nutrition. I always thought I knew enough to get by on my own, but Flo has shown me that there is so much more to healthy living . Her end goal is always to see that her clients are their happiest, healthiest selves. I have done both one on one classes and online training with Flo. Currently she is helping me train for my first half marathon. She made the plan easy to follow, but it was also very challenging. Most importantly she has pushed me to give it my all. I can see the difference the training has made and I know I am ready for this upcoming race! I have also been in one of Flo's nutrition groups. I will admit that the idea of nutrition has always been a bit scary to me. There seemed to be an endless amount of things that I needed to know and the whole thing just seemed daunting to me. This group was fun and supportive and broke nutrition down in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout all of these, Flo has been there for guidance and support. Flo has been training me 5x a week since January. During the past 3 months I have noticed an incredible difference in my body and mind. I am so much more confident in myself and am no longer afraid to push myself past my limits. I have her to thank for that!

Flo creates each workout customized to her clients' needs and goals based on their daily progress, which is something that really shows her focus and dedication to her clients. She answers any questions, ensures proper form and makes sure to push you harder than you'd think you can go. She is always coaching you on building a strong and positive mindset, as well as giving nutritional advice. This is the first time that I have been able to successfully commit to working out consistently. The progress I have seen is amazing!

One of the biggest struggles for me is that I have a shoulder joint tear that has made it very difficult to progress in workouts the past couple years even going to physical therapy. Throughout this training with Flo, my shoulder has gotten stronger and I have slowly been able to lift more with NO pain. She really listens and focuses on what you need and her plan to start strengthening these muscles has worked perfectly.

The thing that motivates me the most is that she lives and breathes what she speaks. She trains herself harder than anyone I know without fail, which makes it really difficult to give her any type of excuse! I would definitely recommend Rise Phoenix Fitness to anyone searching to make a lasting change in themselves and reach their fitness goals. Flo is really dedicated to her clients and is truly passionate about helping people better themselves.

One of the first things I do is help them set some clear and achievable goals. Then, we start working on those goals through workouts, mindset adjustment techniques and motivation/encouragement. I work very closely with each client and customize every workout to their needs.

There is no secret. Behind getting the results you want is the willpower and dedication to yourself as a human being. Most of my clients come to me and tell me they've been trying to lose weight for years, sometimes a lifetime. I am very focused on mindset, as I believe that behind every success lays a strong mind, not just a strong body.

Connecting with people, talking to them about their goals, their dreams and aspiration. Seeing them smile again, and be proud of themselves. Nothing can replace that look of satisfaction that they feel when they see their progress!

I had worked in the corporate environment for quite a while, and was tired of the "bro mentality". I wanted to connect with clients and really be able to coach them on all levels, body, mind and spirit, but also guide them with nutrition which is in my mind 80% of the game. Being able to set my own hours and be flexible with my time has really been helpful as well.

I am knowledgeable, passionate and caring. Fitness coaching and one-on-one training is not just about giving someone random exercises to do and send them home. It's about so much more than that. I customize my workouts to every client, I seek to understand them so I can give them a sense of hope, worth and achievement, not just a healthy and good looking body.
