I had the privilege to have Lerozier train me, not only is his knowledge of training and the science of it from the lifting to meal portions all the way to your lifestyle. He genuinely cares for his clients and doesn’t look at them as dollar signs. He was a great motivator and devolved a personalized plan for me to push me to grow in the weight room and out of it. Through proper training and a Whole Foods based diet. Without the proper diet, you’re wasting your time.

That’s why I provide you with the proper diet as well as training!

Consistency and Perseverance. There will be days you don’t want to train. There will be days you don’t want to eat the right foods. But as long as you stick to the plan that I draw up for you, results are guaranteed.

I love not just seeing the change in your body but I love seeing the change in mindset. The new energy and motivation that my clients get after a couple months always gets me going! ?

I was training in a gym for a couple months then Covid happend, then all of my clients from the gym wanted me to start training them in their homes so I did. Now I’m here ? It’s awesome!

I genuine love what I do. I believe you can feel that when I’m training you. My clients always tell me that their favorite thing about me isn’t the fact that I know how to train. But it’s my personality that they love the most.

Yes. I love doing online training. You would get a monthly training plan and a monthly nutrition plan. They both will be completely personalized to you.

There is one app that I use for training and nutrition. It’s called Trainerize. In this app, you will get your daily workout, workout reminders, workout tutorials and you will also have your nutrition in the app as well.

To hold you accountable, I’ll reach out to you everyday that you’re scheduled to train to make sure you get your workout done.

Lastly, we will have a weekly check in to make sure you’re following the plan and progressing adequately. If we have to make changes, then we will.

I will mask up if my client wants me too. I also get tested once a month just to make sure I’m negative and not putting any of my clients in danger. I am also fully vaccinated.

Depending on your goals, I organize a plan for you. We will meet in person however many days a week you sign up for. I mix in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and Hypertrophy Training (Muscle Building).

My training method will allow you to lose weight and burn fat while building muscle at the same time.

You also receive a monthly nutrition plan for me as well as I am a Registered Dietitian. You will have access to my app where you’ll receive your plan every month.

I have a personal training studio in Philadelphia in the Fishtown neighborhood. It’s about 10 minutes from Center City.

I will also travel 10-20 miles out from Philadelphia to train you if you prefer in home training.
