I have lost 307 lbs in nearly three years but I needed help to get me over that line to drop the final fifty. Stephanie has been absolutely amazing in getting me there through a gradual steady weight loss but with routines that test my upper body and core.
As now my fitness journey talks to muscle build and running stamina, Stephanie has transcended the workouts to that additional level.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work with my clients closely on training and nutrition. We take baseline measurements and then work together to achieve the goals they set. Some want to lose weight; some just want to be stronger and more confident.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You must maintain consistency in exercise and healthy eating. While movement is crucial, you cannot out-exercise a bad diet.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients become stronger, healthier, and happier with themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been passionate about fitness and health. It comes to me naturally, and I love sharing that with others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I welcome all body types, all ages. I will work with you until you have successfully met your goals! And then I will help you with a maintenance plan. My clients become my friends, and we have a lot of fun together. I try to make training something that people look forward to.

Yes, my gym is optimized for virtual sessions. We can do FaceTime or Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I employ all the proper CDC protocols, ie wiping down the equipment, masking if necessary, etc. I am also fully vaxxed.
Personal training
This includes online or in-person training (strength, core, balance, flexibility, cardio) and nutritional coaching.
Yoga
I teach various styles of yoga, both in person and virtual. This includes semi-private and private.
Nutritional Coaching
This can be done online or in person. It includes an initial consultation to explore current dietary and eating habits. I will create a plan and we will do a weekly check-in via phone or text.
