Personal Trainers

I was assigned a pro with the option of being able to try a different pro if this one was not a good fit. I have only had 2 sessions and are still getting to know each others style. 1st session was a bit shaky but after a short discussion with pro 2nd session was much better. I signed up for 6 session because it takes time at get a grove with a trainer. I felt in 6 sessions I would be able to tell if it is a fit. Jury is still out but very open minded. More...

We work with senior citizens to improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence. We've even helped diabetics better manage their blood sugar levels through proper exercise and sound nutrition.

The In-Home Personal Trainers of BeneFit Personal Training literally help our clients change the shape of their lives! We don't force you to workout like an Olympian or give up all of the foods you like. We introduce you to exercise in a gentle manner and help you make gradual changes in your eating habits to get you moving in the right direction. As you get in better condition we'll gradually increase the challenge to help you make even more progress. Don't worry if you've never exercised (or haven't exercised in a while). Lots of our clients are beginners! We'll design your exercise program just for you based on your current fitness level, your goals, and any health concerns you may have.

Our one-hour personal fitness training sessions typically include aerobic activities to build stamina, exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles, and stretching exercises.

Your Personal Trainer will come right to your home when it’s most convenient for you to:

*Teach you the fundamentals of weight loss. Never exercised before, or never worked with a personal trainer? No problem! We can get you started right from the basics.
*Help you establish short-term and long-term personal fitness goals that are suited to your situation.
*Design an at home fitness program that is tailored to your individual needs, limitations and interests. The success of your exercise routine will depend on how specifically it is targeted to suit your body… and our fitness programs are designed to do just that.

Your Fitness Coach will talk to you when your trainer isn’t with you to:

*Advise you on Meal Planning and other lifestyle changes that will increase your likelihood of success.
*Help track your fitness progress over time, and adjust your personal fitness training program accordingly.
*Acknowledge and celebrate you… not just for weight loss but for the other key success indicators that cannot be measured on a scale such as increased strength, higher energy levels, lower stress levels and greater mobility and independence.
