I use customized workouts on superior equipment, coupled with diet coaching and constant encouragement.
Eating correctly, getting adequate rest, and exercising consistently. And understanding that those are in order of most inportance to least.
My favorite part is customizing the workouts according to an individual's strengths and weaknesses. And then watching those weak spots slowly disappear.
My Dad was injured in a logging accident when I was a young child. The doctor said his back would heal if he stayed in bed, or seated in a chair for several weeks. No workouts were allowed. My father essentially diobeyed the doctor's orders and hand built a workout machine from the scraps in his basement to rehabilitate himself. I remembered the design of the device he built, and 20 years later constructed a replica of it in order to start a freelance training business. Ive been building my own workout machines for 9 years since then.
You might find a cheaper trainer. You may find one with a nicer studio. But I give you my word you will almost certainly not find a trainer more motivated to help you in your fitness journey.
I can, but I really prefer in-person training. It is vastly more effective, I feel.
