How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I meet them where they are, not where they want to be. I find that many people have an unhealthy emotional relationship with the gym. They may feel a level of intimidation or lack the confidence to move freely through they're exercises. Being and feeling safe is the most important emotional need that a human can feel! So, I like to find fun ways to break the ice and help my clients feel self confident and independent with their fitness experience.
Next, I will focus on the nutritional side. Not calories or numbers, but whether or not the person has a healthy emotional and physical connection with their food. I will ask whether they eat from the earth or a Laboratory. I will ask what time of day they eat, what their favorite snacks are, and their history with food.
After nutrition, I focus on the physical fitness side and develop a plan based upon the goals of the client. Whether the goal is athletic performance, flexibility, muscular growth/ endurance, losing body fat, increasing cardiovascular fitness, or they just want to have a great workout to set there day for success or, burn off the stresses of the day, I have a plan for you.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Having the body you want is not easy ( in the beginning). It takes self discipline, learning, and commitment. So the secret would be the mindset. Once the mindset is right, the rest is simple.
From there, we dial in the diet using natural foods, reducing processed and fast foods, and incorporating various dietary techniques such as, Intermittent fasting, Ketogenic diets, supplementation, and how/when you should eat around your workouts.

What do you love most about your job?

The feeling I get at the end of a session when a client says " that was exactly what I needed today" and walks away with a smile on their face.
The feeling I get after training a client for 3 months and seeing their growth in self confidence after losing 60lbs.
The feeling I get when I help others become the strongest versions of themselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I knew what my skills were and I knew I wanted to help others. I knew that fitness training was the way that I could express my skillset and help other people. But, in order for me to feel free to express my skills the best way I knew how, I knew I needed to start my own business.

Because of my dynamic approach to fitness. I put myself in the trainee's shoes, I have an ability to be able to relate to my clients and make the sessions fun and yet challenging. I always meet the client where they are , and help them progress to meet they're goals. Success= the progressive realization of your goals.
