Are you someone who thinks getting into shape is unfathomable? I can tell you it's not. 7 years ago I made a bet with myself after 25 years of being obese to try and get in the best shape of my life. At one point I peaked to 400lbs! Within a year I had dropped half of that and more importantly my mindset about fitness and health transformed.

I provide accountability through fitness and nutrition.

I provide one hour training sessions where I identify what you excel at or enjoy the most: running, weight lifting, etc. I then take that and formulate workouts that greatly benefit that enjoyment! Many pertinent research articles on continued fitness highlight that fitness you enjoy, you'll continue.

Fad diets work well, but aren't sustainable! I help you realize what proper nutrition looks like and how to maintain it. To eliminate guilt when you feel like you've over-indulged and get you back on track to a healthier more fulfilling way to eat! Nutrition is a detrimental aspect of overall health!

Consistency. Whether it be the nutrition side or fitness showing up and following through is the most important part! You'll have highs and lows but consistently providing effort will get you to where you want to be.

I love seeing the neurological changes in people as they begin to yearn for the workouts each day and ask for more of a push! The realization that working out is enjoyable more often than not is an awesome experience to share. Of course seeing someone crush small and long-term goals is a HUGE experience with clients as well!

I've been inspired to make "tangible" changes in the world by positively affecting peoples lives. I believe through fitness it relinquishes so many neural and hormonal benefits; as it did for me, that really change the ways in which a person sees the world and lives their lives. I want to share that with as many people as possible.

I've been all body types and endured many of the same struggles with weight. I haven't been fit my whole life. I know how difficult it seems. I also don't waste your time and money. As an affective personal trainer my number one goal should be to change your life, while equipping you with the tools to sustain it for the rest of it. I only use science-backed methods known to facilitate muscle growth and fat loss.

I do not offer online or remote services. To really provide the best support I can it must be in person. Depending on the situation special accommodations can be made.

Proper sanitation is a must. Staying home when you're sick or think you maybe sick is of most importance. Keeping yourself isolated if you have been exposed to someone that has tested positive is a must!
