Yes I’ve known my Home Body Pros trainer Kirt for several years now. We worked together after playing basketball in College including a few years of Semi-Pro experience, so my knowledge of training exists over two decades of unique observation and first hand involvement. Kirt covers all levels of an athlete from the recreational or pursuit of better health, all the way to the extreme or experienced athlete with intensity. Services

This meeting allows us to discuss the need for 1x1 training and more importantly how we can help. Assessments are typically up to 1 hour and free of charge. Schedule anytime 24 hours a day.

20 minutes to 1.5 hours of 1x1 training depending on the need.

All services include basic meal plans, work out schedule and anytime contact with your trainer

We come to you an example of this level of training could range from disability to training for a specific event on a high level. The duration can last from 3 days to 6 months. Expenses and charges are discussed on a individual basis

During the process of recovery from a specific injury you have put stress on other parts of your body due to the injury. We assess this and make recommendations to curb any long term obscurities due to the unwanted injury.
