Honestly, training with John and Julie gave me more than amazing fitness results. I formed true friendship bonds and made real connections. The good vibes surrounding this company are incomparable to others! I recommend Renovatio now and I always will! I got amazing results, had tons of great conversations, learned so much about training and dieting! John is a really good people person, I'm guessing that comes naturally to him added to his many years working in a customer service position. I'm writing this review because I believe so much in this company and I would be so thrilled to it flourish and blossom. John is such a hard worker, making his very own equipment out of wood! The machines he builds are very well-made, feel comfortable when using them, and give a mean workout! This man deserves all the clients he can get, and all of you deserve a great guy like him to train you! I hope this review is helpful, and reaches all of you! Cheers More...

John is the most knowledgeable and dedicated trainer I've worked with. Not only did he listen to my goals, he holds me accountable and teaches me about each movement, including which muscles each exercise targets and the reason for targeting them in a particular way to reach my goals. He makes the workouts challenging yet also fun, and is willing to push me the extra mile. He is also someone who truly has a passion for fitness and always celebrates my progress along the way. He designed and literally built his fitness machines and continues to add fun and even more challenging routines into the mix. No matter if you have only 30 minutes or 2 hours to dedicate to training, he is sure to push you to your max while building your confidence in yourself to believe you can do it! 😉 More...

I use customized workouts on superior equipment, coupled with diet coaching and constant encouragement.

Eating correctly, getting adequate rest, and exercising consistently. And understanding that those are in order of most inportance to least.

My favorite part is customizing the workouts according to an individual's strengths and weaknesses. And then watching those weak spots slowly disappear.

My Dad was injured in a logging accident when I was a young child. The doctor said his back would heal if he stayed in bed, or seated in a chair for several weeks. No workouts were allowed. My father essentially diobeyed the doctor's orders and hand built a workout machine from the scraps in his basement to rehabilitate himself. I remembered the design of the device he built, and 20 years later constructed a replica of it in order to start a freelance training business. Ive been building my own workout machines for 9 years since then.

You might find a cheaper trainer. You may find one with a nicer studio. But I give you my word you will almost certainly not find a trainer more motivated to help you in your fitness journey.

I can, but I really prefer in-person training. It is vastly more effective, I feel.

I sanitize all equipment with a bleach water solution prior to appointments. I make other accommodations upon request.
