Not only does dragonfly offer so many classes besides crossfit and a globo type gym which means open gym anytime you like! They are also very friendly! Most importantly though is safety with movement. All the coaches are very good about making sure you are properly warmed up and doing a lift or movement correctly! The programming is fun and progressive. I love it here and would recommend it anyone at any skill level. I love having such a fun group to workout with.
