I help my client achieve their fitness goals by thoroughly communicating and assessing their needs. Every client is different and unique and has various fitness goals. My purpose is to meet my clients at their starting point and help them achieve their ideal fitness goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to find a balance of what’s comfortable for you to maintain a healthy phyiscal lifestyle while also doing what you enjoy. In my opinion, your dream body doesn’t exist if your regimen or habits are unhealthy. The secret to a healthy body is through a consistent and sustainable lifesyle that includes a balanced nutrition and exercise routine that works for you. If you are forcing yourself to do things that you dont genuinly enjoy, you won’t be able to maintain the results you want or need.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is that I get to motivate and help my clients transfom their lives and way of thinking. Most people don’t get to see the side of what a healthy lifestyle is like for themselves and are discouraged from ever attempting to reaching a desired body image or health goal. It may appear to be too intimidating for most people; however, I want to encourage my clients that they can be healthy while also doing the things that they enjoy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own buisness because I genuinely enjoy helping others and I felt it only made sense to turn my passion for fitness into a career. By being an entreprenuer, I’ve been able to create a more flexible schedule for myself and my clients. By doing so, I can better assist my clients outside of what a traditional 9-5 job would allow.

Clients should choose me because i’m knowledgable and I meet my clients where they are. I don’t force my clients to do anything that they are uncomftorable with. And I will only introduce options to them that will allow them to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the long run.

Yes i can provide my services remotely. I can motivate my clients through online coaching while providing them with the neccessary knowledge that they would need to reach their desired fitness goals. I will offer them the proper nutrition and workouts specifc to their goals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

To keep my clients safe from Covid-19 I sanitize any equipment before and after use, and wash and sanitize my hands thoroughly and frequently. If my client prefers a mask to be worn then i will wear one and provide them with one as well.
