First off, let me just say - if you’re looking for a workout where you can just be perfunctory and expect that to be condoned here, you’re not in the right place. This place is awesome - fantastic workout and great trainers who seek to push you and correct you when necessary. You’ll burn more calories here than you would in an hour somewhere else, plus they let you do two weeks for free. Additionally, this is not one of those gyms where you can do a free class, and then they won’t stop bugging you for months afterward to join. If you want to change your life, this is the place.
