How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Our fitness techniques include all facets of exercise. Sessions are prepared with each person in mind and what their needs are to reach the body desired in a healthy manner. Exercise prescriptions, interval cardio high and low impact, instruction concerning form and the combination that best fits where you are going.

I love seeing the person transform right before my eyes. Meeting new people and supporting them through their lifestyle change is what I love.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started Esteem, A Total Transformation when I found myself overweight and stressed completing my evening undergrad degree. I found myself not liking what I saw and set out to change. Once I started I realized there were many others in the same situation. Hence I started the ministry/business to support others dealing with esteem issues caused by what they saw and felt.
