What do you love most about your job?

It is always AWESOME to see a client surprised when they can do something, they thought they could no longer do and would never do again! I also love that I help people enjoy life and still do the things they love! The more functional we can be and/or stay as we get older, the longer we can stay independent and continue to live our own lives. Not to mention enjoy life with reduced amount of pain, can enjoy meaningful time with the grandkids, and keep up with the grandkids! (I consider grandkids to be human and/or fur kids)

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having suffered my own injuries and having a less than perfect body, I know the struggles of finding professionals that can work with us. All claim they can but then don’t know to alter a routine or exercise for someone with knee issues or low back pain. After working out with those "trainers", I would end up in more pain and back at the doctor's office. So, when I finally found ones that could work with me and do exercises I was told I never could, I wanted to be one of the fitness professionals that can work with people with pre-existing issues. I got the training and started my own business. All of my clients have pre-existing issues and are getting amazing results.

I provide solutions not sessions. I work hard to find the solutions for your needs and goals. This means I spend a lot of time working with clients on defining their goals. Then providing both the nutrition and the exercise components that are required for achieving serious results.

Due to Covid-19 all services are currently being held online via Zoom in real-time. No pre-recorded workouts. Personal training is still your custom workout with me in real-time coaching you, encouraging you, and correcting your form when needed. Only difference is you are in your space and I am in mine. Nutrition coaching, we will share information and have a video chat one-on-one over Zoom.

Due to Covid-19 all services are currently being held online via Zoom in real-time. No pre-recorded workouts. Personal training is still your custom workout with me in real-time coaching you, encouraging you, and correcting your form when needed. Only difference is you are in your space and I am in mine.
