It is always AWESOME to see a client surprised when they can do something, they thought they could no longer do and would never do again! I also love that I help people enjoy life and still do the things they love! Having suffered my own injuries and having a less than perfect body, I know the struggles of finding professionals that can work with us. All claim they can but then don’t know to alter a routine or exercise for someone with knee issues or low back pain. After working out with those "trainers", I would end up in more pain and back at the doctor's office. So, when I finally found ones that could work with me and do exercises I was told I never could, I wanted to be one of the fitness professionals that can work with people with pre-existing issues. I got the training and started my own business. All of my clients have pre-existing issues and are getting amazing results.
