Dimitrios is an EXCELLENT Strength & Conditioning Coach! Perfect for ALL ages, routines are individually customized. I've seen him work with adults as well as children and everyone is receptive and committed. We help clients achieve their goals by having a conversation with them and learning their needs and wants. Then we give them a program that suites them and their goals. We like develop close and positive relationships with our clients because that is the best way to establish accountability.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is consistency. You can work hard. Everyone works hard. You can have the perfect program. There are so many methods of training out there. What program is really perfect? Being consistent is what brings results. Having discipline and sticking with your goals creates a lifestyle that will give you what you want.
What do you love most about your job?
I love most about my job helping people get to places they never believed or saw themselves being.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business when I experienced a really bad injury. I learned how to overcome that injury and in the process create a better lifestyle for myself. I realized at that moment that other people do not know about that process or experience it and dont know how to overcome it. I wanted to show them how I did it.

Private 1 on 1 Training
Our first session will consist of a goal setting consultation and an evaluation complimenting the dialogue. We will help you create smart goals that will bring you success on your journey to becoming a better you.
Individualized Group Traininig
To ensure optimal training and performance, athletes are taken through a full assessment screening before commencing the Recruit Training program. Programs are then designed based on the information received through this process. The full assessment screening includes: functional movement screening, performance testing, strength testing and core strength testing.
Boot Camp
Adult Body Conditioning is a high intensity class that will challenge you in all components of fitness. We condense various methods of training in a circuit fashion to keep your body moving and heart pumping. Do you feel that your not ready for something like this? Do not worry. You measure your own intensity. The workouts are never the same so there is always a new and fun experience. Join this class and you will see results.
40+ Group Strength Training
Large group training classed geared for adults 40 and older. This a low to moderate intensity class that focuses on better movement patterns. Workouts are designed to help increase core strength, help increase joint health and mobility, help overall flexibility and help increase total body strength.
