Neucleus pushes me to have proper form, technique and power through. He is a trainer that cares and is fanatical about fitness! It’s not an easy workout but it feels good. You will realize that you have been doing so many things wrong like I did. He taught me and my daughter proper squats for starters. My body age has already decreased by one year in less than three weeks! I have more stamina, and my plantar fasciitis is more tolerable. It’s a process that is working. Thank you Neucleus for training me to have the body I deserve and want!

Met with Gary Cablayan, ceo and founder of Evo Sports Training, today at Downey High for an introductory training session with my three children ages 9-12. Gary was kind, full of smiles and welcoming to my kids. He made learning easy and fun and I must say, while he may have helped many collegiate and professional athletes improve their power and speed, he treated my three amateurs with professionalism, respect and love. Thank you Gary for the greatly inspiring and educational training session.Coach Scott Wilson, USPTA Elite Performance

I started here since February and started to see the result. I have lost 13 pounds since joining. All the coaches are enthusiastic and caring. They offered many classes starting with boxing, kick boxing, BJJ, Daily Ultimate Training (DUT) and Muay Thai. I have taken many of the classes and enjoys each one of them. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is willing to push themselves. This gym is for people who want to lose weight, condition, tone and learn how to defend themselves.

Kevin is a great trainer. I was hesitant about investing in personal training again, but there is something to be said about just showing up, giving your best effort and having someone just direct your steps to help you reach your goals. I appreciate Kevin's ability to be flexible. I've had a trainer in the pass that wouldn't let me reschedule sessions when I'm sick, or have something come up. Kevin's not like that. He understands "life happens." He has a good spirit, and will always keep you motivated, even when your having a hard day. Kevin is a legit, down to earth, hard working trainer and I would recommend him to anyone.

I set a goal that I wanted to reach in 8 months and Tony did a amazing job pushing me and training me to reach my goal. I have had many trainers in the past and never got the result I wanted. I have to say Tony worked out muscles that I didn't even know existed. If you want to get fit and feel amazing I would defiantly recommend you train with Tony is very professional and funny!

Called to sign up with Luisa: Great customer service and best VALUE for the buck! Also, they will be a 24 hour gym! Opening day is a bit far off, July 9th, but if you sign up for the peak membership you can use any other location until this one opens up. I definitely recommend this place and can't wait to start training!
Should I work out every day of the week?
It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!
Where can I have my personal training sessions?
Pretty much anywhere! The great thing about personal training is that it’s flexible - as long as you have the necessary equipment, you and your instructor can decide to have your sessions from the gym, your home, the park, or even your office if you want to!
Does my fitness instructor need to know anything about me?
Yes! First of all, they will chat with you about your goals, and discuss the best way to achieve them. They should also ask you to fill in a consent form to check that you don’t have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact your exercise. They’ll also carry out a health assessment to get a better idea of your current fitness level, tailoring your workout plan around that.
What does a standard personal training session involve?
It's tricky to say, as personal training sessions vary significantly depending on what you want to achieve and the type of workout. Generally, one personal training session tends to last forty-five minutes to one hour. It will start with a gentle warm-up, followed by the nitty-gritty of the actual workout, with stretches to end the session. Remember, warming up and stretching is essential for injury prevention - it’s just as important as the main part of the workout!
What qualifications should a personal trainer have?
A personal trainer needs to be clued up on all aspects of fitness, from the most effective exercise techniques to nutrition and human anatomy- that’s a lot of responsibility! You need to make sure your professional is suitably qualified for the job. After all, you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to investing in your health. Make sure your trainer has the minimum qualifications required to practice. In the UK, this is the Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
Can I get a Personal Trainer online?
Absolutely! Online personal training has become increasingly popular as more people are looking to maintain their fitness during lockdowns and gyms closing. As long as you and your personal trainer have a strong internet connection and a device to stream on like a laptop, tablet or smartphone, there's no reason why your session can't be delivered remotely.
