Best way to stay in shape and have fun doing it. The work outs are always different and you find muscles you didn’t know you had sometimes. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I never feel awkward asking for help. I highly recommend this gym. It’s about mid range as far as pricing. It’s not cheap like ChuzeFitness but it’s not as expensive as palates or cross fit. More...

I LOST 25.2 lb in 6 WEEKS Thanks to the bootcamp in Cypress I was able to surpass my goal and overall, this was a great experience. All the trainers are fantastic and they motivate you to push yourself to the limits. Everyone is willing to help you and you become family with one another. The classes are never boring and there's never a class that is exactly the same. I never left a class feeling as though I had a "weak workout." I felt as though it was also unique how you were able to customize the workouts by using weights in which you believed you were ready for and that they didn't force you to use a certain weight if you felt as though you couldn't do it. I would highly recommend this challenge for anyone who needs to shed weight fast or has been trying to lose weight but just did not know how to go about it. After seeing many success stories on FaceBook and a couple years of saying I was going to give this place a try - I finally signed up at the Camp Transformation Center Cypress! Of course it wouldn’t have happened without the push from my niece Amanda :) she was the catalyst when she signed up for the week prior. I decided to try the 6 week Hardbody Challenge. This challenge focuses less on weight loss, more on lean muscle building and strength training. The ultimate goal to meet the challenge is a 5% loss in body fat, of which I met EXACTLY in 6 weeks! It’s not an easy accomplishment, but I’m so proud of myself for making the commitment and investment in myself. My clothes fit better, I can see and feel the tone in my muscles, and feel stronger overall! The team at Cypress is amazing and supportive. Thank you so much to Jocelyn and Jessica at the front desk for always answering my questions and greeting me with a friendly smile every check in. Thank you to Andrea, Kevin, Santos and Vlad who kept the workouts challenging and encouraged me to push myself. I appreciate how they paid attention to form and execution of exercises - making sure we got the most from every workout. This is just the beginning for me - I’m now doing an Elite Training Class with Andrea. Our “girl gang” is kicking butt working out 6 days a week and learning how to track our macro breakdowns. Where to start with The Camp at cypress?!? I was honestly kind of skeptical about the whole thing, but once I went in I was offered such a great view of what could be! ! The staff is really hands on and there to make a difference. You feel like you found a family you didn’t know was missing, everyone is so supportive and encouraging to help get you to your goal. They have a great program to help you no matter where your at or what your goal is. I can only speak for myself but I got everything and more from my time at the camp!! Just finished my first 6 week challenge and the journey from start to finish was eye opening. Not only does The Camp Transformation Center - Cypress have a great and amazing staff but the members that are there also are inspiring you can see the different stages of training everyone is at from beginners, to moderate, and what I consider to be elite. You can tell the trainers here love what they do and are very dedicated to your success and only want the best for us! I would recommend to anyone who is sitting reading this and isn’t happy with themselves right this second to take the leap and come join our family at the camp yes it is a big step but they’ll be there to help you through it all. I want to share how my dedication to fitness and the camp have changed my life in more ways than one. The skills I've gained at the camp carried over to everything else I've done outside of it. Fitness showed me the immense control I have over my life (the same control we ALL have over our lives, really). I started the 6 week challenge knowing I didn’t want to give into the, “that’s just how I am” mentality. Sure it takes time, but I learned from the camp that it all starts with us believing that we can do it and putting in the effort to make it happen. I recently just completed the 6 week challenge and I’m down 21 pounds! Can you believe that! At first it seemed like something that would be near impossible but I DID THAT! I’m so proud of myself for not giving up and really pushing through. Oh don’t get me wrong it was definitely hard to switch from an unhealthy lifestyle to a clean one but at The Camp they have an amazing support staff and trainers I hope you along the way to stay on track. In doing this challenge I not only lost weight but I gained so much knowledge and confidence. I can truly say I’m so much happier, stronger mentally and physically then six weeks ago. I have had a great experience with the cypress camp transformation camp. Prior to joining the camp I was so incredibly self-conscious and very frustrated with my weight. However through my experience at the camp I was able to overcome these challenges of mine, especially with the great and loving fit family that made my experience so much more meaningful. Whether I had absolutely no desire to work out or was doing a workout wrong, there was always another member right there ready to help me out. Although each workout is hard the best thing about the camp is that it isn’t a typical boot camp with screaming and such, it just is a very caring approach that revolves around going at your own pace. This past April I signed up for The Camp Transformation Center’s 20lb 6-week challenge with my mom. In this review I am going to talk about the challenge and my experience (working out, eating and advice). The challenge: lose twenty pounds in six weeks. You (a challenger) pay a deposit, which you can earn back if you meet the requirements of the challenge. To help the challengers “win” they give you a meal guide and offer HIIT circuit training classes at their location. They also add you to a support group. My experience: positive, frustrating, rewarding. The first week of workouts I was constantly out of breath and upset with how little weight I could lift and how inflexible my body had become after not working out consistently. By the end of week two I could feel how much endurance I was gaining and how much stronger I was becoming. By the end of the final week I was able to complete a workout and feel good, not exhausted like I was in the beginning. The trainers and my workout partners are part of the reason I never quit. The trainers were always high energy and patient. They understood what I was going through and helped me perfect my technique before asking me to lift heavier, then pushed me to lift heavier to help me meet my goals. They played awesome music which helped keep me moving during the workouts, and never made me feel bad for asking a question. Working out was only the half of it though, the other huge component of this challenge was dieting. The Camp affectionately calls their diet FTDI (or follow the darn instructions). Following this new diet was hard. Getting your body accustomed to eating every 2.5 hours, drinking a gallon of water daily, and measuring (very important) your food is something that’s very hard, especially if you haven’t done it before. The first couple of weeks (while my body was detoxing) were difficult. I had cravings and it would’ve been so easy to cheat and no one would’ve known, but I knew that my success or failure would be defined by those moments. My advice: make a friend, meal prep, and don’t quit. I would 100% recommend doing this challenge with someone, and if that is not possible, make a new friend at the camp to keep you accountable. It is so much harder to say no to an early morning workout when you know there is a person waiting for you. And even if you don’t end up getting an accountability partner the people at the front desk, and even the trainers, will welcome you (usually by name once you’ve been there a couple times). My second piece of advice to completing the challenge successfully is meal prepping. Set time aside to do it and prep two or three more meals than you think you need, that way if something ever happens, you’re still set. Final piece of advice: don’t give up. There will be times where quitting will be tempting, and I know it sounds cliché but you didn’t get where you are today in one day, so don’t expect things to change overnight. More...

When I first signed up for the challenge I was a bit nervous. I had tried so many diets and none of them taught me the one thing I needed to learned, commitment and dedication. I’m a cardio person never in my life had tried weight lifting because my perspective was that if I did I would look bulky. My first week at the challenge I was sore everything ached, and was ready to give up. You can imagine all the negative feed back I was getting around from peers because they believe it to be a scam inclusively calling it a “Fake camp”. Because I’m a stubborn person I wanted to prove everyone wrong, but I most importantly did it for my self. I got up every morning I pushed my self and when I was already at the camp I gave it my all. I did face many challenges and one of them was having to say no to people who tried to tell me that it was okay to eat food that I was not supposed to just for that day, but trust me when I tell you that your body starts getting used to eating clean, I enjoyed eating the meal preps. At the middle of the third week I was getting discouraged I was not shredding any more pounds, but after talking with the trainers they advised me that I needed to eat more based on my scheduled and to drink more water. Today was the final weigh in of my 1st challenge! And I made it at exactly 20lbs!!! Who would’ve thought I could lose 20lbs In just 6 weeks! ! I decided to join the camp because a friend of mine was going and seeing her transform in so little time made me want to do the same. Normally when you decide to join someone you would go to the same location they go to (so you have a workout buddy) right?! Well for me I didn’t. I decided to join the camp cypress location because it was more convenient and closer to home. Of course I was nervous not knowing anyone and everyone being fit, and not having any workout buddy. But I told myself this is for me. And for this to work i need to go where it’s convenient especially since they have a 4/5am class (only time I can workout). Since I first stepped in Jessica has been the sweetest! Greeted me with a warm greeting and answered all my questions! From then on my nervousness went away! I was actually so much more excited and motivated! Then the next time I stepped in Joycelyn was there to greet me! They both always gave me encouraging words to keep me positive and reminded me to stay on track! I also wanted to thank all the amazing trainers! I have never workout like this in my life! Being able to have strength from something i couldn’t do 6 weeks is an amazing feeling! The trainers always supported me even when I tendinitis on my knees! They helped me modify and always made sure I was alright during workouts! Let me just say The Camp Cypress is where I want to be!! The Transformation Camp in Cypress has helped me a great ton. I had a gym membership for a year and i haven’t been able to push or motivate myself to go and work out. But the workers and fellow challengers at the camp were a huge support to getting me back out of the worst shape I’ve been in. My girlfriend working alongside me helped keep me going, especially with the meal preps. I am very thankful and grateful to the cypress team and i highly recommend anybody who has any fitness goals to feel better about themselves and have energy all day to give it a try!! This place really works! All the trainers and staff are very friendly and helpful, any questions i had they were happy to help me out. Every workout i went to the trainers pushed me to lift heavier and motivated me to try harder. Although they pushed me to do more i never felt like i was putting myself into a position where i could hurt myself or want to give up. i’m doing the 5% body fat challenge and the food plan and workouts are hard but doable. I was seeing results within 2/3 weeks which made me want to push myself even more they payoff is addicting. I can now say i love working out. I never once felt embarrassed or scared to go into the camp because i knew everyone there is going through the same thing as i am. Truly a game changer for me. I 100% recommended this camp for anyone that wants a lifestyle change. Not only am i seeing results in my body but my mind as well, i now want to go to the gym and sweat! This camp gives you everything you need to get where you want to be and you will see the results. My sister and her boyfriend also did a challenge with me their doing the 20 pounds in six weeks both of them have gone beyond that and are just as addicted as i am. Completed my 6 week 20 lb challenge and lost 22.1 lbs. I loved the coaches and the workouts that they provide. Love that you can do 2 workouts a day for the entire challenge. For the most part the coaches are always walking around making sure that you're doing the workouts in correct form and always pushing you to do better, they also give you modifications for each workout if you can't complete as demonstrated. The personalized meal plan isn’t personalized, everyone receives the same instructions depending on their challenge. The vegan meal plan was not what I expected, the protein sources are all processed food. This location didn't have any of the vegan supplements, and MyoFX doesn't make vegan supplements anymore. I was hoping to have a more natural diet while trying to get healthier. But I was still able to complete my challenge. Successfully completed my first round of the challenge! I did the challenge 3 years ago at a different location. Life happened & I gained all that I lost back then & then some! But after going through my depression stage, I finally told myself, “Elna, go back to the Camp!” And so I did! It was the best decision I made for myself yet again! I wish I could say it was easier this time around but it wasn’t. I LOOOOOVE every trainer at this camp. They switch it up every class and they each have their own unique style which I admire. This is not the end, only the beginning. Can’t wait to hopefully slayyyy round 2! I highly recommend this place for anyone who struggles with weight loss. This place will help you ! If you’re serious about losing weight or just trying to keep it off this is the place for you all the trainers are amazing they know how to push you further than you thought was possible all the while keeping you engaged and wanting more. Cypress location is a great environment full of great fully motivated people to help you get through your struggles... just giving an update since I posted this review I am currently in my final days leading up to my final weight in super excited I can tell the difference from then till now and not just on how I look but also how I feel. I started this journey at 260lbs and in my last weight in I was at 238 I’m so happy with my results. I can’t wait to start my second challenge and ultimately get to my personal goal of 205lbs. Now that I’ve said all the positive I want to let you know the negatives and honestly there is only one and that is that there is people who sign up that aren’t really committed and attitudes are contagious so if you surround yourself with people who aren’t committed to be better it will definitely show on weight in days so stay positive and good luck. Just completed my 20 lbs. 6 week challenge and I feel great !!!! The first three weeks of the challenge were hard, not being used to eating healthy and exercising 6days a week it was challenging, but with the motivation of the cypress camp staff I got through it. I have to say they will be there for you % All of the camp trainers are awesome always there to push , motivate , playing awesome music to get you through their session ️‍♀️ Week 4 weigh in I hit a plateau, talking to staff member (Jocelyn TC ) recommended me to do the card cycle which helped tremendously!!!!! Week 5&6 were the best weeks of the challenge being able to transform my body into doing 96 burpees Mountain climbers Floor jacks Jumping jacks And just hold it for 30 more sec. planks With no problem. At the end of the challenge I was able to melt 23 lbs. I feel great full of energy. I would like to thank The camp transformation center in Cypress for educating me in a new lifestyle. My husband and I were looking for motivation to help us lose weight and we sure found it here! Yes, you do put money down but if you successfully complete challenge you get option to get your money back, become member or roll over to different challenge. That money was my motivator at first but then it changed to loving the results I was seeing! Not going to lie I had to overcome so many temptations but I stuck through the meal plan and workouts. I've learned so much about the importance of drinking water, eating right and keeping an active lifestyle.. If you FTDI( follow the dam instructions) and give it your all you too will not fail.. My experience at this camp has been nothing but amazing. May was always there to help, give tips/advice and answer any questions I had. She was a great support!.. All the staff, trainers and owners of the camp were helpful and supportive as well. There's no way I would have lost 21.5lbs on my own without this encouraging staff.. This my Review for The Camp Transformation of Cypress. The challenge! Where one’s motivation comes from for any challenge is manifested by the realization of goals that one desires. In this challenge, motivation came from many channels, but the most influential was my health. Signing up isn’t the difficult part of the Camp’s Challenge rather accepting the process that leads to the end results. This challenge was as real as any other challenges in life; However, learning to trust the process is the real challenge of camp. My biggest obstacles of this challenge were the new food regimen and the amount of water that I needed to intake. I bought a full 1-gallon jug, in hope that each hour I could drink a certain amount. If was almost impossible to intake that much water. I feel the “mental game” was my ultimate struggle. So, I switch to a 40oz bottle and I was drinking water like it was liquid Gold. The food portions, for me, were perfect. Eating every 2 hours, was the highlight this challenge. I learned that the amount of dedication you give into this challenge is the amount of results you will see in the end. The camp has a collective-positive atmosphere that is welcoming for all levels of physical health. Everyone is on one mindset goal and willingness to help each other which is what I love most about the Camp. The staff is great and always keeping up with your progress. I can finally say I successfully completed my first six week challenge. It was such a hard but fun experience.The coaches were amazing they test your limits and push you if they know you can handle but most of all they encourage you to try your best. I never thought I would be able to do this challenge it was very hard for me to change my whole eating style. I am very glad I pushed threw and kept with it. So I am about to complete my 2nd challenge and I have to say, it really is a life changer. Sure, eating healthy and exercise isn't exclusive to The Camp, but when your trainers are super friendly and super encouraging, it really does make you look forward to coming back and training everyday. Even at 7 in the morning. Like I said before, The Camp really doesn't feel like a boot camp or a traditional gym, which is why I think makes it stand out from other programs. As for the meal plan, the more you stick with it the easier it gets and since it has variety in what you can eat it really isn't that bad. Do I recommend the program? Absolutely! More...

The Camp Transformation Center has changed my lifestyle for the better. It has helped me become a healthier, lighter and active person. I was skeptical at first because I did not think I could lose 20 pounds in such a short amount of time. I had been trying for years to lose weight but I would always give up within the first 2 weeks. With the Camp, they help you stay on track. You have weekly weigh ins that help you stay accountable and great trainers that help you through your journey. I have to give May a big thanks for going the extra mile to help us. She would give us extra cardio workouts for us to do and check up on us to see if we actually did them. I signed up for the 20lb 6 week challenge with no idea what to expect. The first week of workouts were painful, but it got better. The meal prepping was mentally exhausting, but it became more of a routine and it got better. I succeeded in meeting the 20lb goal, even going on vacation for a week, being out of town multiple weekend and going to events in which FTDI was nearly non-existent. I thank the trainers who personally helped me with my vacations and events and gave me extra tools to be successful (Andrea & May) and for Ali being there every morning and willing to always help with information or just be a supporter! Well I just finished my first challenge and lost a total of 23.2lbs. At first, I was really scared about joining the camp because of not knowing what to expect. I decided to go ahead and try it anyway. That was probably the best decision I have made in a long time. I walked into the camp thinking I was going to be one of the oldest and biggest people in there. Boy was I wrong! There were all ages, shapes, and sizes. Everyone in there were all very nice from all the other challengers, to all the trainers. Everyone helps each other push and give lots of encouragement. Then comes the food. It was a little hard at first trying to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Once you got used to it, it was much easier. Food prep is a must for me. It definitely made it easier. Thanks Cypress Camp! Now onto the the next challenge. Challenge #2 Just finished challenge #2 and I’m down another 21 lbs. I feel absolutely amazing and look forward to challenge #3. This by far was much harder than the first challenge. I had to change up my eating plan and do a lot more cardio. Week #5, I had to do the tilapia and asparagus. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and it helped tremendously. I got a lot of encouragement and ideas from my trainers and my fellow challengers. I want to especially thank May tc for all her help and advice when I thought I wasn’t going to make it. She pushed me when I thought I couldn’t be pushed any more.
