How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We provide a free one hour fitness assessment, which includes a medical history review, review life style behaviors (nutrition, sleep, stress, etc..) a Biometrics and body assessment and a fitness assessment. Once we have a baseline, we'll agree to an achievable fitness goal and design a customized program to help you reach this goal. .

Developing a fitness and nutritional plan and then being held accountable. We are partners in this journey to improved health and fitness.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people so happy once they've seen improvements and once they reached their fitness goal. I am a passionate person and I thoroughly enjoy making people happy. The appreciation I receive from clients is very heart warming.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been in the corporate world for 30 years and have always made my health and fitness a priority. I love to serve people (I'm a coach for Special Olympics) and get so much satisfaction with talking to people about fitness. I decided to purchase an in home personal training business where I can help people change their lives.

Our Team is comprised of certified personal trainers that have gone through a thorough hiring process which includes; phone interview, in person interview, a mock training interview session and a back ground/driver's history check.
