What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

CONSISTENCY!

We all want results and want them today. But the truth is, getting in great shape takes consistent effort. Eating healthy, working out regularly, man again stress, getting adequate sleep, these are all topics that we will discuss and coach into.

What do you love most about your job?

The people. Getting to interact with great people on a daily basis is such a blessing. Lives are transformed through the work we do, and it’s amazing to see what people are truly capable of as they commit themselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Initially it started as a part time job during college. As people continued to show up, the need for proper coaching was established and Journey Training was founded.
