When I first joined Aaron sat down with me and went over most the critical movements needed and corrected any issues I had with form - something that I really wanted to improve. To be completely honest, COVID was our initial inspiration for starting our own company. When the gyms shut down we tried to find workout equipment and there was virtually nothing anywhere. We started Howle Fitness as an equipment company, but realized that we wanted more than that. We wanted to help people become better versions of themselves and be able to use our own custom designed equipment to do that. The previous company that we worked for had a complete change in structure, so we both decided to leave and pursue personal training from our home gym.
We want to help people become better versions of themselves. Both of us have a background of bad decision making that led to triumph as we overcame our mental roadblocks. And we are not done yet -- we still find opportunities to grow and never stop challenging ourselves to be better. We want to inspire people to do the same.
Our preference is to do in person training, however, we can provide remote workout plans if someone is interested.
