The secret to getting the body of your dreams really isn't a secret and something many people don't like to hear: consistency. Being consistent is the hardest part for most people but those who are dedicated and have proper accountability will end up seeing the most results.

What do you love most about your job?

I love watching people achieve results and seeing how it impacts them outside of the gym. When people see results, they feel better and have a renewed sense of self-confidence which leads to greater well-being overall.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business because I did not want to work for someone that was only concerned with how much I sold this month without much care of client results. I wanted to be able to focus on client program designed to make sure clients are reaching their fitness goals.
