We specialize in working with you to gain strength, build healthy muscle, and lose fat (weight) so you can enjoy the things you like to do in life. We get you happier, and healthier. We provide nutrition support to all of our clients at no extra charge.
If you are looking for weight loss (fat loss), you can expect to lose between 15-20 pounds the first 6 weeks, and an additional 10-12 pounds each month after if you follow our nutrition plan and show up for your workouts. If you are working on strength gains, you can expect to increase your workout weights by 50% the first 6 weeks, and see and measure increases each month. If you are working to gain muscle, you will see, feel, and measure your results each month.
We have two trainers dedicated to getting you the results you want to achieve. One has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, and the other over 20 years experience in getting results for clients. One is female, the other is male so you can have the trainer of your choice.
Our rates are based on your goals. It is $350per month for each program. For weight loss, we suggest 5 sessions per week (3 with weights and 2 cardio based sessions); for strength gains we suggest 3 sessions per week; and for muscle growth we suggest 4 sessions per week. We offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy schedule.
