How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through fully personalized programs including workouts, nutrition, supplementation, etc. These programs take into account our clients’ occupation, schedule, goals, access to equipment, and every other factor that’ll affect getting to their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, and programming that you will actually stick with. You can’t enjoy the ride if it keeps stopping, and restarting.
What do you love most about your job?
The results my clients achieve, and those moments where it finally clicks. That one thing that gets them motivated, or that they finally accomplish. There is no better feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted my own business, and finally decided to turn my passion (helping others hit their goals) into my career. Building a business that plays a part in people’s journey is the ultimate goal for Gorilla Team.
