Prima property services are excellent, this is in fact a repeat visit for me as they cleaned my carpets last summer, and me being a typical male. I.e. I get most of my food on the carpet. I can’t thank Jack and Georgina at Prima Property Services enough for coming over and sorting our carpets out. It’s been a week since they cleaned them and, honestly, I’m still a bit shocked at the difference. We moved into this house three years ago, inherited the carpets, and they’d never been professionally cleaned. They were in a real state. What we really appreciated was how Jack handled it from the start. He came round first to look at the issues we had, which weren’t straightforward, talked it all through properly, and then came back with a clear plan of attack. The brief was simple: do your best, and worst case we replace the carpets. But we didn’t have to. Their best was exceptional. On cleaning day, Jack and Georgina worked so hard and achieved far more than I imagined. Their attention to detail was brilliant. There were some stubborn problems that needed strong products and serious effort, and they still managed to get an incredible result. We’ve tried the DIY route before with a Rug Doctor and thought it was “good enough”. It isn’t. Simple. Not even close. I also love that they’re local to us. Supporting local businesses matters to us, and Jack and Georgina are exactly the kind of people you hope to find: friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of doing a proper job. Very pleased with the cleaning of our Community Centre carpets. I wasn’t convinced the damage from kids crafts and heavy use could be removed, but the whole thing has come up brilliantly and much better than other professional attempts. Would recommend.
