About

NeuLyf (pronounced 'NewLife', or 'NewLeaf') is an award-winning trauma healing and life coaching business.

My name is Bruce, and I am happy to work with even severe mental and emotional trauma, and sessions with me are caring and gentle (not re-traumatizing), and even surprisingly fun!

Bruce is a very kind professional, the type that really cares about improving your life. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel confortable all along the session. It was an amazing experience working with him and I can feel the shift happening everyday. More...

Q&As

Emotional healing sessions are about the most fun thing I get to do.
It is thrilling for me to sit with someone who has been suffering (sometimes for years) and gently heal their painful memories.
To see someone who has come in so full of grief or anger or sadness or fear or guilt or hopelessness be relieved of a huge weight of these crippling, painful emotions in one session makes me very happy! :-)

I suffered for decades with my own crushing grief and trauma, and eventually sought out powerful tools and techniques to heal and restore myself, which I now use to help others, so they can also be set free from the debilitating pain of trauma.

For those suffering from the effects of severe emotional trauma (which could be the result of physical trauma), many talk therapies can be slow and minimally effective, and the constant re-telling of the stories can even be retraumatizing.
My healing methods are gentle, visceral, effective, and fast. And I enjoy working with even deep, complex trauma cases that other practitioners might shy away from... I probably actually prefer them, as they give me something substantial to hold on to and work with. The bigger it is, the harder it falls!

If you're nearby (I'm in the North of Ireland), then I'd encourage you to come and see me, as I love doing in-person sessions. But video sessions are just as effective, and not having to travel is convenient. I generally use Zoom for remote, online sessions.

Services

A 2-hour session (in-person or via video link) in which we will address your issues and resolve them as much as possible.
We may not use the full two hours, so I charge pro-rata, to the nearest full quarter-hour.
One session is very often enough, but sometimes follow up sessions are recommended, especially if you have multiple, complex issues, which need to be dealt with separately.
I offer a free 15-minute review call, usually about a week after the initial session, to ensure that you're doing well and on the right track.
