The owner, Charles, was professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodating, prior to booking, and on the day of my daughter’s Hen Do! 15 ladies enjoyed being chauffeured via Charles! I am definitely recommending mash Limos to others, they were so polite and friendly, they worked efficiently to get my limo booked and the invoice forwarded to me, even offered me a better deal which I couldn't refuse !
For unknown circumstances I had to cancel , within my time limit. Charles was very understanding about this and very kind, my deposit was offered to be returned to me. The company like to help out where they can and this was extremely thoughtful of them to do this . I would just like to mention, I know no other company that can compare to mash limos, they offer a genuine, friendly, brilliant service and i will definitely be using their services in the future , cannot recommend them enough . I can not recommend Mash Limousines highly enough. We used them for our company Christmas Party trip and was absolutely delighted with the vehicle, the price and the service.
Charles was an absolute delight to liase with, he was friendly, proffesional and responded swiftly to every question I asked or email that I sent. He was a wonderful chaffeur and host for our journey, ensuring that we were all comfortable, happy and attended to. A large group of us went out for my sisters hen party. They sent a beautiful hummer. The limo was luxurious, clean and so comfortable. Charles was AWESOME and very professional. The venue we booked was closed when we arrived and cancelled on us last minute. Charles went above and beyond for us and changed his own plans to drive us to another location. He was great! I booked a limo with Mash Limo’s for my daughters 2nd Hen Do, 1st one was cancelled due to storm Eunice.
The limo was a last minute idea, Charles was really helpful and made sure he could fit us in and accommodate my request. My daughter and her 7 hens were collected on time , by a smart chauffeur in an immaculate Limo and driven around for exactly 1 hour and delivered to their destination. This company is extremely good. They honestly went above and beyond my expectations. Charles the manager is Extremely patient, and very professional. He’s very welcoming.
