Telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, Video call. I can accommodate to whatever suits each client, no 'one size fits all'
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Very little, so much of what I do was already handled remotely so it was just a case of fine tuning this to continue suiting my clients.
Mostly telephone based enquiries but I also do welcome video calls, this newer way of communicating becoming increasingly preferred by clients, particularly through Lockdown periods!
