I'd just like to say that All Clear house clearances LTD have done an absolutely amazing job on our recently lost father's house. From first contact to job completion everything ran like clockwork and the crew worked tirelessly to empty over 60 years worth of possessions that were of no use to ourselves, amazingly it was all done in one day. I contacted All Clear as I needed to clear my parents house. After speaking with Dave we arranged to meet at the property, he had prior said if I was happy with the price they could do the clearance same day. I hadn’t prepared myself mentally for him saying that but after him giving his experience in this which was good practical advice, I went ahead. Dave called his team and 4 lads came and I can’t praise them enough. It was a sensitive for me and they were the most considerate and sensitive guys doing their job. They were precise and methodical. All the time checking with me that I was okay. Before starting we went over all the rooms as there was items I wanted, picture ornaments etc. they clearly put them in one space in a room not to be taken away. After emptying the house the swept and left it clear. The garage was cleared and swept and a little tidy up in the garden too. From meeting him at 9.30am we were easily done in the early afternoon. What can I say. The house was owned by my sons dad and had been rented out, boy was it a mess. Everything had been left in house and to be honest the thought of clearing it out made me stress. Dave and his team were amazing and worked flat out to clear full house. I will be honest at first I nearly passed out at price but I have never had to deal with house clearance so wasn't aware of what actually was involved. I now know and appreciate that these guys were worth every penny and realise that the cost was very reasonable. They took every thing even emptied cupboards and wardrobes and even swept up all small rubbish. I could not have had a better bunch of guys.
