To me, video is not just a job, it's a passion. I have great attention to detail and I'm committed to making each project the best it can be. I am also very inspired by music and love when I can make use of it in my videos. Picking just the right music to capture the perfect mood for a video is something that I think I do particularly well.
I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I've did freelance video work in tandem with another full time job for years. In 2020, I got laid off that job due to an office closure. So instead of pursing another job working for someone, I decided to be my own boss and take my production company full time. With my own company, I love that I'm able to work on many different types of projects with a wide variety of clients.
I have a strong attention to detail and I'm committed to making every video the best it can be. I'm also flexible and easy to work with.
I do all my video editing from my home office and can provide that remotely, if needed.
Personally, I'm fully vaxxed. Also, masking on video shoots, when needed.

I contacted Daniel at Realist Films to create two short commercials for my wife’s psychotherapy practice. When we spoke on the phone, he had some great ideas and quoted me a price significantly less than other media companies. On the day of the shoot Daniel really impressed me with his direction of my wife and the two actresses I hired to play clients. I originally just wanted a 60 second commercial and a 20 second commercial. Daniel suggested that as long as we were set up, we could shoot a few more videos for not much more. The videos he suggested turned out to be the best videos he created that day. I hadn’t even thought of them and they turned out spectacular. I am very happy with the videos Daniel created and they were a bargain for what he charged. One of the other media companies that I contacted bragged about how they represent Bayer Pharmaceuticals and wanted a minimum of $10,000 for the two commercials. Well, that amount of money means nothing to Bayer, it was way out of our budget for a small business. Daniel charged a fraction of that, created five videos that were spectacular. Given the budget constraints I gave Daniel I can’t imagine how the videos could’ve been any better. I have already referred Daniel to a friend of mine to shoot commercials for his small business. I highly recommend Daniel of Realist Films!
