Working with a GYMGUYZ coach will encourage you to stick with a consistent exercise program. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There are no secrets to getting the body of your dreams. The body strives on structure and change, hard work and dedication and most importantly a positive attitude. Working with a GYMGUYZ coach will help you focus on results and stop wasting your time performing inefficient workouts on your own. We have a plan and will help you get maximum results in minimum time. A running record of your weight, measurements and body fat percentage will be taken periodically and kept in a private file. GYMGUYZ has a support service which includes follow up text messages, emails or phone calls to make sure you’re staying on track. In addition every 15 weeks, we will come back to re-assess your progress. Based upon your results, we will either modify your current program or start you on a brand new program.

We will show you creative ways to get in shape and stay motivated. We offer many different and exciting services. Our services include weight loss, body sculpting, bodybuilding, weight training, therapeutic/athletic stretch, strength training, senior fitness, obstacle course training, kickboxing, group training, corporate fitness, post & pre natal exercise, pool workouts, youth and teen fitness training, cardio fitness, professional sports conditioning and much more.

What do you love most about your job?

We change and save lives every day. 80% of people don't go to the gym and 95% of diets fail. To get results at an average gym, you need dedication, motivation, and an overwhelming drive to get off the couch. A great number of people have been trying to shed those irritating pounds with little to no success. Helping people reach their goals in a setting that is motivating them is awesome.

What inspired you to start your own business?

In 2010 one of my childhood friends died to weight related issues, he wasn't even 40 years old. Fast forward three years and I lost my second childhood friend to obesity. I personally carried guilt of these avoidable tragedies and started the process of making fitness my passion, not just a business. By 2016 I had lost two friends to obesity, had multiple failed attempts to purchase brick and mortar gyms and to make matters worst I was now facing my own health battles. On September 4th 2016 while having lunch with a mentor I was introduced to the concept of having a gym arrive at your door. A few conversations later and one trip to NY I was a proud owner of this amazing franchise. Hands down the best decision I have ever made.

GYMGUYZ is not like any other gym or fitness program.  We have no membership fees, the first visit is always free and the initial assessment includes a body assessment, fitness assessment and a nutrition assessment. We welcome all individuals of all levels regardless of experience, age or ability.  Each client is reassessed every 15 weeks to ensure that you are exceeding your goals. GYMGUYZ teaches lifelong habits that will keep you looking and feeling your best. We do all of this at a time and place that is convenient and motivating to you.
