I love the magic of holding space for a customer as we delve into awareness and reach breakthroughs that help move them forward. As a result, they feel more empowered and in touch with their own wisdom and trust that guidance.

I've always enjoyed helping people reach their goals. I started as an elementary teacher, and even then I saw students as empowered individuals who had enough wisdom to make decisions for themself. I went from there to a fitness business and empowered individuals to feel the health and vitality of their being. This seemed like the next natural step.

Clients should choose me because I have wonderful intuition and introspection that I can share with them. I can reflect back to them what they may not be able to see for themselves.

All of my sessions are over the phone or with Zoom as needed. Each session will take about 30 to 45 minutes. I like to do a series of sessions so that we can see the progress in the awareness and empowerment that takes place.
