How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By setting a plan of action. We chat about what the goals are, then we discuss a realistic timeline. We start with adding fitness into their life. Once that is added successfully we chat about nutrition if that is part of the plan. From there we make sure that consistency is the main priority and keep moving forward week by week toward their goals.

Consistency and time, nothing worth getting ever comes easy.

My passion for working with people and wanting to help as many folks as possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I started this business during covid so I have been keeping customers safe since the beginning. Since i'll be training virtually this will avoid any issues or concerns with covid.
