I have been personal training for 25+ years.
My passion is fitness and being able to help others and change their lives for the better.
I've worked with all types of clients ... teenagers, athletes, injury rehabbing clients, fitness competitors, elderly clients, people new to exercise, experienced fitness junkies and everyone in between.
My training history includes personal training and teaching group classes at many gyms in the Kirkland/ Redmond/ Bellevue WA area. I also owned and managed Bassline Fitness, a boutique gym in Kirkland WA. Unfortunately covid unfortunately shut it down.
Since covid I have created my own personal training business LLC and offer the following services:
- one-on-one personal training
- small group training (max 6 people)
- online fitness training
- nutrition coaching and personalized plans
