I love this place! It works great with my crazy work schedule, being able to just come and go as I please but feeling like I have a trainer right there with me! Everything is well kept and very clean. I was a little worried about being claustrophobic with the small saunas but I don't one bit.
My favorite has to be the hot cycle or the ISO. I was a bit skeptical about not being sore or not feeling like I got a good work out in but I was 100% wrong about that. I feel amazing each time I leave and throughout the day after!
