I'm a multi-certified personal trainer, I've been doing online coaching for over three years now, and I'm also a certified nutritionist. I'm very attentive to my clients am very hands-on and I like to develop a positive relationship with my clients and not just feel like somebody they have to check in with everyone once in a while.

I’ve been working with Nathan for almost 3 years now. His coaching and programming has worked wonders for me. The workouts have always been intense and he keeps tweaking things based on my ever changing goals. I’ve truly enjoyed my time I’ve had with him. Going from in person training to strictly online coaching I thought would be a little rough. I'm a fundamental believer that you cannot train a bad diet, your diet is the base of the pyramid in which everything else is built.

We start off with a consultation for me to understand their goals and for us to get acquainted. We then discuss the first/starting steps in working together. After that depending if they are a nutrition client within work on templates and find a solid structure to follow, then we focus on check-ins and keeping on top of our nutrition. If they are a personal training client we then scheduled our sessions and after we have a schedule figured out we can meet at that time and work together one on one on achieving their goals in the gym.

The ability to hear and see my clients progress and feel like I'm helping the world one person at a time.

I am very attentive, I do work for myself and therefore my schedule is very open to my clients. I tend to be very dedicated and punctual. My favorite part about my job is turning something that comes off as a challenge or potentially scary into a lifestyle and something that you look forward to doing.

Yes, I have my own online platform on which to provide workouts on with demo videos, descriptions, and what I'm looking for in each movement. It also has the ability to track metrics such as your weights for you, goals, and more.
