Alaina is a holistic trainer who can collaborate from near or far to develop a plan and put it into action. I know this because she trains me remotely :) and it's awesome. I work as a Medical Assistant doing physical work, on my feet all day 10 hrs..lots of aches n pains. I was recently accepted into Nursing school and made a goal of gaining strength, especially in my back, to be prepared to lift and transfer patients and also to feel and look better. Alaina and I connected, she embodies a team mindset and focus on what works best for me plus integrating types of exercise I enjoy. I should also mention that I had a recent illness and surgeries and have had an extremely good experience working with Alaina through specific challenges I faced with my body and my health. I love Alaina's communication style, flexibility, and openness. The workouts she has developed for me work for my busy class and work schedule--they are challenging and interesting so I don't ever get bored. She re-evaluates and uses tools like photos, videos, measurements to support in tracking progress and also in evaluating and correcting for muscle imbalances. She is encouraging and empowering, always positive, and never forgets to check in. Alaina keeps me on track without making me feel guilty or self-conscious about my progress. I am getting stronger and feel more sexy and self-confident each day. My mind is clearer, my energy is improved, and I am excited to continue working with Alaina to build and define muscle and stability!! More...

Alaina has been awesome to work with. During the assessment she took time to listen to me and my goals. The workout plan she has put together for me shows that she really listened! Even though Alaina is training me remotely I feel like she's been with me every part of the way. She has made sure that the workouts best meet my needs. She is quick to answer questions and has even provided videos demonstrating the exercises.
