About

Once a month my clients and I do measurements and goal setting. Once a week I check in to make sure they are on the right path.
There is no "typical" session as I individually tailor programs for each client based on their specific goal. For general health & fitness, clients arrive at the session a few minutes early to start their warm-up and dynamic stretching regimen as prescribed by me.

I have known and worked with Morgan since 2009. I was a client of hers at 24 Hour Fitness and followed her once she ventured out on her own. I was hesitant about training due to a previous bad experience with a male trainer who I felt did not relate to my struggles or understand my body. I was willing to give it another shot and was so fortunate to be paired with Morgan. She can relate to her clients because she went through her own incredible fitness journey. Morgan is the type of trainer that will push your limits and challenge you. Sometimes you may not appreciate it in the moment, but you definitely appreciate it when you conquer things you never thought you could and start seeing amazing results! Over the years Morgan has helped me lose over 50 lbs, gain muscle, trained me for a half marathon, changed the way I think about fitness and food. She is personable, knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and will help change your life for the better. Her sessions are fun and you feel like you are working out with a good friend (just one that makes you do burpees and mountain climbers haha). I've been working with Morgan for more than 5 years now and will continue to work with her as long as she is training clients. I started with her in my mid fifties and now into my sixties. She is an excellent trainer and an excellent listener. She has helped me attain my goals and has guided me to a more holistic level of fitness. She makes sure that core, balance, and flexibility are included in my sessions as well as strength, cardio and attention to target areas. She is a cheer leader and a realist. I highly recommend her no matter where you are on the fitness scale!!! More...

Morgan tailors her programs specifically to each of her clients. Very mindful of limitations and injuries while not letting you get away with slacking off. You see results! Also she sets goals and takes a full body approach suggesting diet as well as workout and outside activity for max health/results. And she's a really cool person! More...

My husband and I were looking to get into a steady workout routine, but have never been "gym" people, and have never been to a one before. We were both hesitant to join a big major gym, so we were very lucky when we found Morgan.
Speaking for myself, there is NO other way I could or would work out. I feel super comfortable with Morgan, and never judged. She's an amazing trainer that will push you, but will also make sure you don't injure yourself. The vibe at the gym is so laid back and family-like....very comfortable. Morgan makes working out fun and I really look forward to gym days BECAUSE she's such a laid back/cool/yet professional person!

I've trained with Morgan for almost 5 years. She is funny, creative, smart, and incredibly knowledgable. I'm in better shape then I've ever been. She really tailors her program to my body's specific needs. Her style of training is very individual based and not one size fits all, which has been much more effective for me then large exercise classes.Also, the gym she trains out of isn't intimidating and has a relaxed atmosphere. I began working out with Morgan five years ago, so a review is long overdue. I started training with her after the birth of one baby and then through pregnancy, birth and beyond with another baby. I really appreciate the way she's able to cater to my specific needs, especially when I was pregnant. She's very knowledgeable about exercise science and stays up to date on all the latest information. She's super supportive in helping her clients reach their fitness goals. She also changes up the routine every month so I'm never bored. Like me, she has many clients who've been with her for years and this is a true testament to how great a trainer she is. Training with Morgan for nearly a year and a half changed my entire life. Throughout the process, I lost over 40 pounds and a large percentage of my body fat. In addition, I also gained a passion for health and fitness. Since I began training with her, I have ran 3 half marathons and have begun training for my first full marathon this coming March. I now enjoy working out and am able to make better decisions with regards to my health/nutrition. I was incredibly nervous about working out with a trainer (and even joining a gym in general), but Morgan made me feel comfortable from the very beginning because she is so warm, friendly, and outgoing. She has also lost over 50 pounds, so she can truly relate to her clients and encourage them to meet their own fitness goals.  I feel very blessed and thankful for my opportunity to train with Morgan. I have been working out with Morgan for about a year and a half.  She is an incredible trainer who genuinely cares about her clients.  When I began my training sessions, I had issues with my wrists that prevented me from doing push-ups.  Within six months, she helped to strengthen my wrists and I'm now able to do push-ups again.  One of the best things about Morgan is how closely she watches your form during the workouts.  From my experiences with other trainers in the past, this is not always the case.  I also love how patient and encouraging Morgan is during particularly challenging sessions.  She is constantly working hard to achieve her own goals and, in turn, it inspires me to reach my own.   I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to have her as my trainer and to just have her in my life.  She is a true inspiration. Three years ago I started personal training.  Weighing almost 195 pounds and having 36% body fat, I decided that it was time for me to make a change.  I wanted to start personal training for many years but thought it was something only celebrities did.  Nonetheless, I put my preconceived notions aside and jumped in. I chose to start working with Morgan because she had struggled with her weight at one point in her life, so I felt she would understand what I was going through better than someone who had been in shape their whole life.  Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she has such a great personality to make your sessions fun, yet effective.  Almost immediately, I could see changes happening.  I started to lose weight steadily and had more energy.  Morgan helped me make small changes in my diet each week until I finally achieved an optimal meal regimen.  To date, I have lost 50 pounds and 14% body fat.  I have kept it off thanks to her nutrition and exercise expertise a year and a half later. I love interacting with people and helping them find the joy in fitness. A great session can range from someone saying "wow that went so fast!" to "I didn't know I could push myself that way". I feel very fortunate to have very dedicated clients and am looking for 2 more to fill out my roster.

I started out in a corporate gym and really felt constricted by the rules. Now I can train my clients in a way that suits each of them according to their individual needs.
