All training takes place in a private, intimidation-free studio nestled in Westerville, Ohio. Our goal is to help women become consistent with their workouts so that they can live long, active, healthy lives. Oftentimes women put the needs of everyone else before themselves. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We begin by guiding our clients through workouts based on their abilities and showing them that fitness doesn't have to be fancy and miserable in order to have benefits. Basic strength training and purposeful cardio exercise is very effective. We are accountability partners to help establish consistency in fitness. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Learning to love yourself right where you are - right now. Once you understand your worth and that you don't have to reach a certain size/weight to be "enough", everything changes and you begin to treat yourself differently. You do the things that your body needs to get/stay healthy - lifting weights, cardio, feeding your body/soul.

What do you love most about your job?

Empowering women to realize their strength. Hearing that a client was able to keep up with family on vacation when walking around NYC...that another client was able to keep up with her grandkids...hearing that clients are able to live life on their terms....that's why I love my job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to help women learn how to work out safely in a non-intimidating, judgment-free environment. I didn't want any woman to avoid exercise because they didn't know what to do, where to start, how to do it or not have a safe place to exercise.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I am different than the traditional trainer in that I am in the journey with you - I am your accountability partner. There will be tough times, but it will be worth it, I promise. My goal is to help you you discover that strong, powerful woman that you already are and empower her.
