Really love this place. Fantastic teachers and group. They know what they are doing and extremely good at demonstrating and breaking down by pieces. They are also extremely patient and could tailor the movement by each individual student’s level which is not really easy or common. They just treat everyone differently and can remember all their students’ progress. They are also open for suggestions and creative stuff. Very fun and comfortable place. I don’t think I will ever find a pole studio like here where you just cannot help challenging yourself and helping each other.

Roman is very knowledgeable and worked step-by-step to improve my overall health. I had knee pain that prevented me from running and he worked with me to help improve my joint pain. He showed me exercises that made a world of difference and allow me to workout more effectively. Overall, I lost 50 lbs under Roman's guidance and continue to see results. He understood my needs and worked with me to help overcome physical limitations. Before meeting Roman, I would spend hours at the gym and see little impact.

Ok... honestly Gretchen has been such an inspiration in my practice I ended up doing a teacher training in the same place she did. Her messages are so relatable. This is yoga for real people, who are constantly work on self yet still seeing the beauty in life. I am so happy that she is branching out and plan to be there often!
Stopped in here to try out a class and I was very impressed. The place is spotless and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I was worried about how good of a work out I would get from Pilates, well let me tell you, I definitely under estimated it. It was a great workout! My instructor was very professional but also kept the class very light, refreshing and even made us all laugh a few times to keep the workout very enjoyable. While you are having a good time working out, this will be a tough workout. Afterwards though you feel amazing, very stretched out and strong. If you haven't tried Pilates before, I recommend at least stopping in for one class, you may find a new love! Great experience. You get a full evaluation and dedicated personalized attention. Muscle groups and motions get very specifically evaluated, in ways that conventional physical therapy outlets DO NOT DO. They get things working again when you leave, and get provided with exercises specific to your limitation, not the cookie cutter exercise print outs given to you at standard places. If you want something fixed with no BS associated with it, go here. You will wind up kicking yourself, wondering why you screwed around going to all of the other places.
Extreme has helped me in so many different ways. If you've never been here, you've got to give it a shot. I've never felt so welcomed when coming into a gym. The staff and the people who work out here make you feel like you belong. No matter what your size.
The work outs are definitely extreme! Even if you're on a lower fitness level, you can modify to get yourself through it.
Vince is the most caring instructor I've ever dealt with. He's in your face and truthful, yet kind, caring and helpful at the same time. I've never had a trainer that physically got down on the floor with me to show me the correct form and to let me know if I was doing a great job. He makes me feel better about myself. So do all of the trainers for that matter!

If you want to stay strong and healthy for a long time Black Metal Strength Training will take you there. I train with Andrew and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and how it functions, and is incredible on teaching proper form. I learn from Andrew every time he coaches me because he has so much expertise to share. He has taught me the importance of barbell exercises and I'm never going to quit them! This is the strongest I have ever been, and I am so excited about the long term benefits for me.
My husband and I have been working with Good Bodies trainers since before he was my husband and before Good Bodies moved to this location. They are like family--really healthy, helpful family! Columbus Fencing and Fitness has been great for our family. My son loves it and his younger sister can’t wait to start. I recently joined an adult class and though I’ve been watching my son enjoy epee fencing for a little over a year, it’s even more fun than I imagined it would be. And it’s a great workout as well. The coaches are great and the club is like a big extended family. Kids and parents alike will make fast friends. It’s a great environment, a great sport and apparently one of if not THE least injury prone sports one could undertake. I like that it’s individual, yet the students are part of a team/club. And that it’s as mental a sport as it is physical, if not more so. I see students helping one another and giving tips based on observations of one another. As an adult new to fencing, I very much look forward to my epee classes. My only complaint is that I can’t do it every day. It’s a blast.
I am currently a dance major at the College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. However, whenever I'm home I always jump back in to pilates sessions with Michael Lang; My strength, body awareness and wellness always improves tremendously. I only wish I could bring him to Cincy with me! I dropped in for a BJJ class tonight (visiting from CT) and it was awesome. The coach ran us through a bunch of drills that bought me back to my wrestling days. It's always a good class when you can drop in, learn new things and roll, all of which I did tonight. Highly recommend checking it out!

Incedible shop, the very best customer service. Both Bill and his staff took a great deal of time and effort in helping me choose the best board for my wife and I. I'm going to be back for another board soon. This is my first venture into sup but I've been in lots of surf shops over the years and I have to say this was the best atmosphere I've ever experienced in such a place. His attitude and commitment to his customers and sport is amazing and the customer service is amazing. You can't go wrong with buying a board here. I have been coming here about a month now, and I have been sore for about a month now. So they are either really good trainers, or I am a realllllly bad student. Legit though, this is my first time having formal instruction in the Gym. After a long hiatus due to injury, my form had become garbage, and trust me, you can get surprisingly strong lifting incorrectly; however, you are still lifting like garbage. Through their instruction, my form is getting cleaned up, and I am also learning more about Olympic lifting when I primarily did powerlifting. The thing that sold me the most is that the entire group is supportive and they collectively do push you to do better, but they are not going to push you to injure yourself, which is why I avoided submitting myself to having a trainer for a long time. There is a fine line between pain being weakness leaving the body and pain because your body is about to break. Thankfully, the trainers here, just by observation, can usually tell the difference and will tell you to step it up or lay off. Also, there is on occasion puppers and doggos to pet = 5% more gains.

Dustin was my trainer for almost 3 years and I loved every minute of it. He challenged me but didn't set me up to fail. He listened to my bad days but didn't offer unsolicited advice. He cared about me as a person and a friend - I always felt like I was more than a client. I was a friend that he truly wanted to see succeed. He motivated me by setting goals for me that he knew I could attain. I didn't always think I could but he believed in me to achieve those goals so I never ever wanted to let him down. He was always available for a question even when I wasn't with him and he would send a simple note every so often to remind me that he believed in me. Sometimes all we need is just that one person to believe in us - and then help you kick it up a notch in the gym. Thanks for being you, Dustin!
I absolutely love it! I have worked with personal trainers before and I have had useless gym memberships... this is the best program. Personal trainers did not work me as hard even when I would plead that I could handle it. And gym memberships were a waste of money. You would navigate blindly through the gym unsure of what to do! This is the best and so worth it! I actually feel my body getter stronger and every week able to go a little further! It is wonderful and Chris is so an Amazing trainer... fun, witty and sometimes really funny! FUN FUN FUN!!

Good equipment is available over there for fitness freaks and it is the place where you find peace by practicing yoga and trainers over there are pretty awesome squash ball coats are cool, fitness studio I'd really good and nutrition trainers are awesome last but not least membership are awesome

I moved to the area a year ago and my fitness routine was lacking. After meeting Victor, I found a great schedule that works for me and keeps me motivated. It's a wonderful workout and all the trainers are great. Chase & Rob help you get better by pushing you to levels you didn't know you could achieve! Kelly and Carmen are also enthusiastic about helping you to be the best you can. I love this place and this workout! It is always new and changes every time so that you never see the exact same workout. It is a great mixture of cardio and strength training combined with short burst of power and speed. It is also designed for people of all levels of fitness. The people are great too! Lots of teamwork and dedication. I feel a great sense of accomplishment after every workout, even if I'm having a bad day.
I started at Jackhammer Strength Training 3 years ago with a Groupon and never left. I love the laid back atmosphere and the dynamic workouts, which are a nice mix of cardio and weight training. I like the kickboxing classes here - it's fun and goes by very fast. I am interested in the self-defense class on Saturdays for the women I know. Also, the owner is very nice and changes the workouts to keep it interesting.
Chad pushes me hard, beyond what I think I'm capable of and keeps me motivated and positive. After only a few weeks, I'm already seeing a difference in my attitude toward working out, my desire to eat healthier, and my energy level. I highly recommend personal training at Element 5!

I have been working out with Craig for about 7 years, on and off. He is the best in the business. I have come a long way since I started. Custom Fit offers group workout sessions or private, which is a great alternative if you need support from friends to motivate you. I always enjoy my workouts, and Craig is extremely knowledgeable on all things fitness related. There is always a way to adapt an exercise to accommodate injuries or trouble areas. I hope to be able to keep going there for years to come. You can't go wrong!
