I can say without hesitation that investing in Dillon's personal training program was one of the best decisions I've made. He is patient, professional and super knowledgable on the various muscle groups and how to efficiently train them. If you are willing to put in the effort, Dillon will meet you where you are at and assist you in your fitness goals. He pushes me to go beyond what I thought I could achieve and because of that I have increased my muscle mass while simultaneously decreasing my body fat percentage. I change fitness from a chore, to a lifestyle. People are more inclined to stick with something if they enjoy what they’re doing. I tailor each workout to my clients, so they do enjoy their workouts, and look forward to coming in for the next one. I also help to change the mindset on food and how it can be used to provide fuel for the body as well as assist in weight loss.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is hard work, consistancy and dedication. It may not be what you want to hear, but its the truth! There is no overnight fix or magic pill you can take. You have to put in the work!

Being able to affect people’s lives mentally, physically, and emotionally through exercise. Everyone deserves to be happy, and when you look good, you feel good!

The obesity problem in the US. Everything nowadays is fast, processed food. While the convienience may be good, its slowly pushing you in the wrong direction (if your goals are to become healthy). I take pride in helping you get back on the right track.

I take my work and the well-being of my clients very seriously. They’re entrusting me with their health and relying on me to point them in the right direction. Yes, I do offer online/remote services. The workouts would come to you in my own customized app. Clients would have 24/7 access to me with any question they may have.
