What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

It's different for everybody.

We have clients who are perfectionists, who get frustrated when they aren't perfect and they give up. They need to learn to give themselves grace.

We have clients who procrastinate and make excuses. They need to make the connection between health and fitness and how it ties into what they are really passionate about in life.

The secret is to know thyself and mitigate the limiting factors, whatever they may be.

What do you love most about your job?

Turning people who abhor fitness into what I would now call a fit-fluencer who inspires others to do the same.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I went homeless due to drug addiction in 2004 and have a radically transformed life.
My passion is to help others have their own transformations and Raw Fitness is the perfect venue to not only impact our members, but to help them to positively impact all the people they touch.
