James “Andy” is an amazing trainer. I hired him for 3 sessions a week for 4 months. I lost about 5% body fat and was able to reach my goal of signing a modeling contract. He is knowledgeable and he teaches you the how and why his methods work along with the science behind it. As a result I have been able to keep the good habits he taught me from both the workouts and nutrition. Once my time with him was up he continued to keep in contact with me and check in monthly. James is an amazing trainer. As a retired Marine I thought I was in good shape. I wanted to prepare for my first long distance endurance event and a bodybuilding show. I had the basics of fitness from my time in the Corps. James, brought a unique approach to the workouts using Circuit training, battle ropes jump ropes and boxing to build endurance. He also incorporated a lot of Olympic style lifting that I felt made me an all around better athlete that could do both Bodybuilding and endurance events. James helped my girlfriend and I get into the best shape. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and funny. My girlfriend and I each had different goals despite one goal being weight loss and the other being muscle gaining and toning, james was able to have a workout for us both. James is an excellent trainer. He has helped me recover from a recent hip surgery. His is quick to identify muscle imbalances and can fix them with very little pain by progressing slowly. In his boot camp class he strives to give everyone a unique experince and it can be by all fitness levels. All of his fighters and coach kindell love him. He truly is one of the better trainers out there and if you see him train someone you can see the passion he has. His approach to fitness is to teach you why and how to do things so you don’t have to depend on him once your sessions are up. His sessions are not timed. I absolutely loved working with James as my trainer, I did 36 sessions with him over 3 months. I lost 30 lbs which was 7 lbs over my goal. James has gotten me in the best shape of my life. He has the knowledge and skills to get you where you need to be and he teaches you the why how and when so when you have finished his program you can sustain and improve your results. Even tho I don’t see him as much anymore, 1 or 2 a month he checks in on me. He is truly passionate about the success of his clients and I would recommend him for anyone. Body by Rocket is one of the best personal training companies around. James is dedicated and committed to helping you achieve your goals. He’s extremely knowledgeable and greatly helped improve my performance for my job to where I made a special operations team. I was also able to lose about 40 lbs using his online program. His diet plans are amazing and simple to follow no measuring required. When I first started he was willing to workout with me and send me videos of the Exercises he had in my program that I didn’t understand. Despite using an online program James still found time to come to me and help when I was struggling without charging me extra which was unexpected. If you hire James he’ll be the last trainer you’ll need. He will be committed to you achieving your goals and will greatly go out of his way to help you mentally and physically become the best version of you. His programs are challenging but very rewarding at the end. I absolutely recommend him to all my friends and co workers.

He has not problem explaining the science and concepts behind his programs. I absolutely loved working with him on a 3 month online program. On several occasions he came to my gym and trained me. I have partnered with my former boxing coach, coach kindell that will teach you the techical side of boxing while i get you ready for your fights and get you in the best shape of your life and for boxing. My workouts and diet plans are science based to increase your preformance and success. Coach kindell and I have trained several golden glove champs and the majority of our fighters are Undefeated at the amateur level.
