Personal Trainers

After joining forces with him in May of 2023, I’ve seen results not only in my strength but my commitment in exercising. With his knowledge of the muscular system, he has been able to work with me on areas of pain by slight changes in the workout or by stretching a certain muscle group. Personally, I struggle with emotional eating and perfectionism, but Mike works with me and doesn’t force any certain belief on how things should be done. I listen to what my clients want and together we create a plan to achieve the goals. I make adjustments when needed and hold my clients accountable to the training.

Mindset and learning to be consistent with your workouts and nutrition. I help my clients with this by helping them break down their goals into small acts they can do daily logging food, drinking water.

Yes, I can provide my services online the same structure used for in person training is used for online. The difference is we set up 30min phone or video calls bi-weekly so I can get updates on how you are doing.

The changes I have made to keep my 1:1 client safe are number 1 I have been vaccinated and if they want to wear a mask, they can I will as well. The process is all up to the client and how comfortable they are and what they want.
