The value of expert coaching

Hiring a trainer is an investment in your long-term health. Beyond just counting reps, a coach in Washington Heights teaches you the mechanics of movement, helping you build a foundation that prevents injuries for years to come.

Important credentials to verify

Don't be afraid to ask about a professional's background. Certified experts typically hold qualifications from major organizations like the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or the American Council on Exercise (ACE). These certifications ensure they follow industry-standard safety protocols.

Ways to reduce your coaching costs

If you are on a budget, online personal training is a great option. Virtual coaches often have lower overhead costs and can pass those savings on to you, offering high-quality programming at a more competitive price point.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help my client achieve their fitness goals by providing them meal plans, workout programs that work and educating them on proper technique and form with respect to resistance training. I truly love empowering all of my trainees to have a better relationship with food and training.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency is key, but so is also loving and valuing the process. When those two things are aligned, it doesn't feel like work anymore. You eat healthy because you want to, you lift because you want to. That is the key to getting the body of your dreams!!!

What do you love most about your job?

Working with people and learning from them. I also enjoy delivering results and helping my trainees understand the process of transforming their physique.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to make an impact. I got tired of seeing the fitness industry take advantage of people's insecurities and not actually delivering on their promise of actual lifestyle change and habits. I know I can make a difference one person at a time.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because I care about every single aspect that entails training. This includes, but is not limited to, training, nutrition and mental health. My style is also not circuit based or boot camp based, it is at a pace that is appropriate for the trainee based on their background level and experience with resistance training.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I do offer remote training, however, it is important that the trainee has some experience with resistance training. Remote training involves following a well executed program that guarantees results. I use an app that allows me to monitor when my trainees miss or complete a workout, thus holding the trainee accountable.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Wiping machines, wiping equipment and asking their level of comfort when it comes to COVID. Everyone handles it differently and I want to respect each individual.
