How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is tantamount that a healthy diet of whole, fresh, and minimally processed foods, be a focal point in any pursuit of wellness, be it Physical, Emotional, or Spiritual. Our body is our temple. Treat it like the Rolyalty that it is.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Fitness goals are achieved with intention, commitment, and action. In our sessions, we will gather and explore all of these each week as I support, encourage, and rally beside you in your journey toward meeting your fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret that fitness professional are keeping. Dreams are wonderful and together will work within realism.
When it comes to obtaining actual results and changes in body composition, be it weight, height, or girth, it all depends on each person’s body type, body composition, daily routines of nutrition and movement, and genetics.
What do you love most about your job?
I don’t have jobs, I have Dharma, which is one’s Life Purpose. I have always been the person my friends confided in, turned to for life, love, health, and wellness advice. With this trust from loved ones, I realized my Dharma and made a career out of it. It’s not only what I do... it’s truly who I am.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving the world of mental health when my hold was born, I decided that I would work from home and earn a living focusing on nutrition, healing from the inside out. Along the way I pursued trainings in Personal Fitness, Bodywork, Yoga, and Birth work. My business has developed and grown to include all that I do for all who require what I have to offer.
