Seeing your body in your dreams.....
But when you wake up and realize that might not work, I usually say staying consistent and putting in the work.

What do you love most about your job?

When the clients start to notice the results of the training. I usually see the changes in their movement, strength, or physique quicker than they do.
I also enjoy being able to get my clients to a point where they no longer have aches and pains like some may have had prior.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Who wouldn't love to be their own boss? But also because I am a person who truly cares about my clients and want to help them make an impact in their life. Running my own business, I get to know each person one-on-one, they are not just another number to me.

Why should our clients choose you?

I don't just give my clients workouts, I train them, and educate them so that eventually they can be self-sufficient and comfortable working out on their own. If they are already advanced and want an extra push- I can do that too.

Yes, I prefer to provide services online. I will just need a list of what equipment you have at home or where you may be working out to plan your program. The sessions can be online via Facetime or Zoom.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Sanitize everything between each client. Wear a mask. Get COVID tested every month.
