I have known Marmara for a while but recently started training with her. The experience has been wonderful. She designs strategic workout routines that adapt to my level of mobility and are custom made to my needs. She listens and observes you, not only recommending different routines based on what you want but those exercises that you need. Marmara is patient, dedicated, and knowledgable, strict and tough but kind at the same time; working out with her is an enjoyable experience. Consistency is the key.
I adapt my training to how I feel every day so I can use it to make me feel good and work it from different approaches depending of the mood.
I use the type of music I play and the movement practice as a tool to accomplish the aesthetic and the functional goals for the body.

Yes,I've adapted my teaching method to nowadays situation and we can accomplish your goals online . The client just need to pay more attention to be more aware of their body feelings and responses to the exercises and have a open communication about it .
