I approach fitness with sustainability in mind. Whatever is going to be the most sustainable routine and practice will be the most successful and helps my clients get where they want to be. Form/injury prevention is my top priority.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Learning what your body can do and impressing yourself every day. The aesthetics can only be appreciated when you have the ability to love yourself in the first place. I am very focused on form and technique!
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the pride and level of accomplishment when someone reaches a goal or surprises themselves by mastering a new movement.
